I certainly hope you're joking and that was sarcasm, I can't really tell seeing as these are posts however. Kidd was the key in that game as well, Jefferson's offense was found and provided for by Kidd. As for K-Mart, he still has the athleticism as we saw in the monster tip slam in game 2, he just needs to get into a faster rhythm. I hope they beat the Pistons, I think they can, but it'll be a difficult task, and against Indiana, even harder.

It's not a series unless NJ win game 4, then It becomes a best of 2 out of 3. Which everyone knows can go either way.

Jefferson's performance was the difference, the Pistons guards shot very badly and only Ben Wallace looked decent out there. I don't expect that to be the case in game 4.

Kidd playing on one leg. Iam not making excuses for kidd bad shooting, because we all know he struggles shooting the rock alot of the time. But its clear kidd isnt 100%, so Iam not expecting him to produce much in the scoring column. As long as he is forcing tempo in the open court. And doing a good job handling the ball against Lindsey Hunter & the Pistons when they pressure the ball handler, thats all you can ask of J.kidd at this point. He still averaging 9.7apg in this series. Its up to Kerry Kittles & Lucious Harris to produce the points in the backcourt right now.

And Kenyon Martin has been in foul trouble alot this series. He picking up alot of cheap fouls being overly aggressive because he is giving up so much size against the Wallace boys. But he has produced during his limited time on the court.

With Kidd playing on a injured leg. And Martin giving up so much size they arent going to be able to dominate their matchups in this series. But they will produce in different ways. If the Nets win this series RJ will be the one to lead them on the offensive end.

game was fun to watch. rj showed everyone the star he is becoming. only if he can give that everyday and on the road he will be a superstar in no time. i also enjoyed watching big ben, yes he is the enemy but he is just all hustle. he seemed to grab every rebound that a nets player didnt grab. he seemed to be the only piston that played 48minutes and showed up. kmart had a nice begining but these fouls he is picking up has killed him and is killing us. same thing for sheed in that game.

what has happened to prince? ever since game 1 he has seemed to disappear like marbury did in the 4th quarter. i don't have the exact #'s, but he has not made a fg since game one. he is sometime like 0-8 i heard in g2 and g3. same thing for sheed. i thought he would dominate the series b/c k's been in foul trouble but that hasnt been the case, i guess that b/c of coach brown not calling his #. just suprised at those two in g2 and g3.

game will mean something if we can take g4. we are at home, we should have the same intensity from the beginning till the end like we had in g3. we should be able to win g4, but you never know how well coach brown will have the pistons bounce back because they know they played horrible and are capable of playing a helluva lot better than what they did in g3.

Kidd sucks this series? I don't know about you man but I'd gladly get that around 10 assists that he's giving out each game. Plus he fueled almost all the fastbreaks of the Nets.

KMart's in foul trouble all series. What do you expect when he's guarding basically all the big men of Detroit? He scored 7 points in the 1st quarter then went down with a foul trouble.

Big Zee is either ignorant or an immature piston fan/net hater. don't pay any attention to a person who posts something that has no truth to it and a post that is a post-padding post.

    Hehehe.

Oh and Allnet, I'm calling it now a series coz if they lost and became down 0-3, then it would be all over. But now that they're only down one game, both teams have chances to win the series. So it's now a series. [IMG]

The Nets played a good game on Sunday but I'm not sure if its enough,it seems like every team that gets a 2-0 lead wins the series but you never know,K-Mart is goin to have to contribute more on the offensive end but I know its not easy with the Wallace's.

It doesnt matter how many shots he makes because J-Kidd is a player that will probaly always have a positive effect on his team.He doesnt have to score to be a contributor thats what makes him the player he is.

Ask every coach in this league if they'd still want Kidd eventhough he's shooting poorly if he's leading the team like he does and you'll get a common answer, YES!

You have to understand kid that you have to actually look at the other contributions other than the scores to know if he's effective or not. Oh, and looking at the box scores only wouldn't suffice because it wouldn't show everything.

Kidd has had a bad shooting percentage all throughout his career. Almost no one ever complained.

even jason himself said he didnt come into the league as a shooter. this is not a shock to anyone that he doesn't have the stroke that kobe does, but he can make shots and can have a stretch of games where he can't miss. kidd is purely the best, shooting well or not.

I was a Kidd fan up until the trade from the Suns to the Nets. While I have always been astonished that nobody has taken offense to Kidd's shooting percentage (he shoots the ball worse than Iverson, who does get heat for it), I was able to forgive him up until the Jersey trade.

Since then, Jason Kidd has been blatantly overrated. Stephon Marbury was mocked because he couldn't take the same Nets team that made it to the Finals with JKidd to the play-offs. Same team, huh? Bullcrap! 4 of the 5 starters on that team were injured for long stretches during the season with Steph (Kittles did not play all season). When Kidd played there the first season, there were no injuries.

So that's been my major reason to hate on Kidd: actually it is to give counterweight to all the unjustified Kidd-Steph comparisons. This season, people were saying once more that Steph was the lesser of Kidd in the play-offs. Bullcrap! Allan Houston and Tim Thomas were injured, which caused all of Steph's assists to the wing to be bricked by Shandon fudgin' Anderson.

No one blames Kidd for his bad shooting percentage because he's a pass- first PG. He makes his other teammates look better. Plus the fact that he will probably make clutch shots even if he missed all his shots before that. Plus the fact that he's the best PG rebounder this modern age.

Steph is lesser than Kidd in the playoffs? You betcha.
