Cal Poly is impacted in engineering etc....Cal State Los Angeles has a better business program I tell u what tho, Cal Poly smells like crap (cuz the school is literally owned by horses, i'm dead serious) but they have a great buffet ... I'd get fat fast if I dormed there
OK forget Cal Poly lol..Criminal Justice? I would love to be a DEA agent like my father and his father. I would love to carry on that tradition and that is what I have come down to really..a Fire Fighter or a DEA agent..

What they did was knock out my GE courses first, then they would join the Academy, and take some time off of school. Then get a job as a cop, and go to school part time to finish off your degree while you're working....
I think my dad went to JuCo for 2 years..then went to Cal State Los Angeles, then teh academy and has been in DEA ever since...I am just looking at colleges really..I need to start planning what I am doing after HS..I have no idea..

They don't let u into the academy until you're 20 years old I think...so u might as well do something productive until you're eligible
CPP is aight. Yeah, the engineering department is impacted...the school is suffering real bad because of the budget cuts on education; its so hard to get the right classes with the right teachers. I know that the freshmen engineer majors have to take lower level classes at the local junior college, Mt. San Antonio College. In all honesty, you should consider looking into junior colleges, earn excellent grades and then transfer. The lower level classes at CPP suck...I'm assuming all of the other Cal States are suffering from budget cuts as well.
Yea..I am def. headed to Juco for 2 years..I just slacked too much in my first 2 years of HS...and I am regretting it..

Kobe 8 Ball, I would recommend you ty to get into Whittier if you want to pursue Criminal Justice ... here's the link. http://www.law.whittier.edu/
Okay, I got a question... I've heard that they have buffets in Vegas that serve "all u can eat steaks." That's freakin awesome if its true ... have u guys been, and where is it? I'm headed to vegas this labor day

By far my favorite buffet there is at the Rio. They have an international buffet where every booth or whatever serves something from a different country/culture. If you go, plan on being in line for at least an hour before you get seated, esp since you're going there for labor day. Another personal favorite of mine are the graveyard specials at The Orleans and at Sun Coast...The Orleans isn't too far from the strip but the Sun Coast is like 15 mins west. They have $2 Steak & Eggs breakfasts, as well as $1 Pancake, Eggs & Sausage/Bacon and some other stuff. They start after midnight and unfortunately, only on weekdays. Check out the Mark Pi's Shanghai Grill on Decatur and Tropicana (I think). The fastest noodle-making world record holder is the chef...the food is awesome when its fresh...and his daughter is kinda cute too. If you like sandwiches, check out Capriottis (sp?). They have some killer cheesesteaks and other things.

The less money spent at the restaraunts, the more money spent hitting the tables  I'm going on Labor Day so I don't expect too much waiting. I'm coming in when everyone else is heading back from their labor day weekend...
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Mel JBB:</div><div class="quote_post">Oh yeah, forgot to mention that the average cal poly student takes 6 years to graduate.</div> yo man, KRS-ONE is performing at your school next week. I think that's awesome
