In case some of you didn't no, Ron Artest raps as a hobby, as I now, he has made a Mix Tape with Dj Kay Slay ( Pretty good ) and here is some lines, including T-Mac and Shaq, Enjoy. MAKE A WISH Way back, when I was too short to touch the rim Used to look up to the people and the buildings that I was livin? in I had a project, to rise up like the sun Stuffed my basketball with wishes, givin? the gun A killer crossover, and when the sun was fallin? down Biggest star I ?ve ever seen, thousand wishes came around Haven?t changed since then, wishes still torment me I?m a sinner and a winner, Lord forgive me I wish me and my family could live together For sunny weather when it rains, for rain when it gets better I wish QB prevail, no one to fail My brother Wally could of made bail, get out of jail I wish my kids love me forever, it?s not always all good I wish people stop tellin? me to get out of the hood Wish for no poverty, more food, parents stop neglecting And for kids to stop gettin? hected For those young ones in the bridge to look at books instead of me as an idol, wish for Bars & Hooks To come out in the summer with a banger I wish I knew my guardian angel, can you arrange that? Make a wish kid, in this game of life Make a wish thun, if you?re livin? it trife Make a wish son, when the sun goes down Biggest star you?ll ever see, where?s your wish to come around? Make a wish queen, in the blink of an eye Make a wish word, could be just another lie Make a wish life, don?t you wait for?em stars What you are is what you say, what you say is what you are. I wish for world peace and all, no war I wish Khali and Daniel Artest will make it in ball I wish Dominique to stay a straight A, and for me To get back to St.John?s and get my degree Good to see Nate, on his next album release date Cause we?re from the same place Same block, same plate, same gates Wish to zero the death rates I wish for health not just cars and real estate I wish for the impossible, like my team to get the championship I wish authority don?t hold us down, no punishment I wish Tyson reclaims the title My mind open wider, my soul to feel lighter I wish I come to Greece more often, for more beats Though not a rapper, just a player, not a gangster, know how it is? I wish people don?t think wrong about me I am what I am, don?t you doubt me, got me I wish to guard Tracey Mcgradey, you know Tmac, Stop Shaq give him a little bit of Pacman I wish for more hope so I can always wish So make a wish son, AQ, make a wish.
Not bad for a NBA player...haha far from my skills but still you can tell he has been practicing. Better than when Shaq first dropped.
them horrible rhymes man.... <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">I wish for world peace and all, no war I wish Khali and Daniel Artest will make it in ball I wish Dominique to stay a straight A, and for me To get back to St.John?s and get my degree Good to see Nate, on his next album release date</div> like most ball players, he needs to stick to his day job, lol
Some information: He is usually known as Pacman a.k.a. True Warrior as his artist name, I have some songs of him, and they aren't bad at all, Ron Artest Rappin Now? These days, Ron Artest (from the Indiana Pacers) is not only working it out on the court, but he has recently been working it out in the booth. Artest, who is originally from the infamous Queens Bridge Projects, have been heard on many underground mixtapes and he was also heard on an intro on the Queensbridge Finest Album. But now Artest is steppin out on his own. He has recently started a label called TRUE WARRIOR RECORDS, and his crew CRUD LOVE is set to spearhead the project. His first single LETZ GET IT POPPIN' is featured on KSlay's new mix tape. Artest is not the first NBA player to step into the booth. Although Shaq was the most successful, don't forget Chris Webber, Kobe Bryant, Rasheed Wallace and who could forget Allen Iverson. Although Iverson's rhyme style was the most "tolerated" of all the above, audiences couldn't buy into the THUG IMAGE he was trying to display which was in direct contrast to his plush NBA lifestyle. Will the same happen to Artest? Stay tuned! To listen to the track, use the clips below!
^Actually DJ Premier gave props to Rasheed as the best rapper baller out there. As for Artest he needs to focus on basketball and keep this strictly as a hobby. Good lookout Kareem.02  I would have never known.
^Haha, You are kidding right? Mutombo can't even speak the english language properly much less put rhyming words together. I would like to see that though: Mutombo and Artest one on one freestyle battle. You could get William Hung to ref that game too.

Anyone got a link to the actual song? I'd like to hear that. From what I've heard, NBA players should stay on the court and out of the studio. Iverson and Shaq's raps have been HORRID.
I got some Ron joints, but I don't know how to create a link? But he ain't bad at all, and boy I'm gonna cop his album!
