The Kings are like the 90's Jazz. They're an elite team and they go to a far extent in the playoffs but they get eliminated in year after year, when they're they were expected to win the championship in those eliminated years.

If I said, bad luck, would that be an excuse?

C Web put work in, but the shot just did not fall. Christie gets and A and Bibby did a good job, if not scoring, by getting others involved. Why the HELL did they not double KG more often?
Do you think that Adelman should be replaced? You can't blame him for his guys not hitting shots.

Funny how Kobe said this when they beat the Spurs [IMG]

Peja was really disappointing this game...
I agree that Garnett should have been double teamed more often as well, the stats don't lie on how much he meant to the team. Doug played his heart out today. I think it was is best performance of the playoffs so far. Webber was pretty good. Bibby's foul trouble in the beginning hurt the Kings, but they were able to still come back.
One thing i want to mention that many people are forgetting are FREE THROWS. Earlier in the game i knew it would hurt the Kings later on...and i know that they really regret going 8-17 from the stripe. That just aint gonna cut it.

They should have made one of the other 4 Timberwolves beat them instead of KG.

Yeah if they would have made their free throws it would have been a completely different game, the Kings have heard this before,Bibby a normally good freethrow shooter missed a lot.

It was a great run,but it's all over with...Overall i'd say we did a decent job,but it wasn't enough to get us the big W...I'm glad despite the injury plauged season we had,we were able to do so much, but hey there's always next year!!

another season ended by poor performance at the line... lost by three missed 9 free throws.
as much as i love watching the kings and as great as they have been from the line this year (just under 80% from the line for the regular season) it kills me how they cant make free throws when it counts. maybe they can work on that for next year huh?

This has been the problem all along for the Kings...obvioulsly they haven't gotten the message yet...But i'm sure the team will learn from their mistakes,so there's always next year?
