Chris Webber has received a lot of flack this year.Commentators bash him Sacramento fans boe him.I just wanted to say that he deserves a lot more credit than what he gets.It seems that he gives 100% no matter what condition he is in,I mean we all know that Chris Webbers knee was not close to 100%,and for him to put up what kind of number he did I give him a lot of respect.Imagine what he will do once he is healthy again.

What he was saying at the press conference, it really inspired me and made me respect him much more.

yeah i heard c webb at the press conference and he said all the right things. i think he's one of the smartest professional athletes around past or current in any sport. but his history in intense moments has always been failure including this game, where he seemed to miss key free throws. and we don't want to revist the timeout he called in the ncaa championship game. nonetheless, he's one of my favourite athletes. fyi, the notable members of the fab five (j.howard, c.webb and j.rose) are really intelligent and great interviews especially jalen.

he is a great guy and cool to you should you meet him on the street (he & i shop at the same place to buy our console games & ive run into him a couple times) he's totally aproachable.

and yes he has been giving 100% in the post season. the problem is... is that enough? a lot of people are sayin they would take webber at 70% over other forwards at 100%... i guess it will all come down to how much can he come back from his injuries in the off season. if he can come back all the way im all for him starting... if not, its time to see them start someone else.

no idea... i have no clue who smokes pot in the NBA & i have never run into any NBA players while i was in the pot shop (as A. i dont smoke pot myself and B. there are not pot shops in the US)
im basing that on interviews from oddball angles (mtv & such) with the larger name sports figures over the past couple years. of all the interviews i have seen very few of them say they dont play video games to some extent. and to be honest anyone that has been drafted or picked up as an undrafted free agent that has just gotten out of highschool/college i can not see as being that different from the majority of people in their age group.

currently we have a trend where in polls online gaming alone is at a 50-60% among males age 18 to 29... and thats just online gaming. that doesnt take into account pc gaming not online or any console games. (im tryin to find the article i read that on it was either cnn or fox news, but im not able to find it at the moment)

and besides.. what does it matter if they do or dont? hell.. im 35 and i have and xbox, ps2 and game cube which my kids and i all enjoy playin. and is it really 75%? no way to know without a study or poll on the matter but that is about avarage from what i have gathered from the materials i can get my hands on.

these numbers are from the ESA (Entertainment Software Association)
*Fifty percent of all Americans age six and older play computer and video games
*In 2003, more than 239 million computer and video games were sold, or almost two games for every household in America.
*The average age of a game player is 29 years old.

been a big c webb fan since g state, got mad respect for him. Nebody who can't see his talent is crazy.. He's one of the most dominant forces in the L IMO. Tho i was barking for the wolves i felt his pain on that last shot.. media should cut him some slack, he has brought alot to the table.. and his last play was a great move to get free it was just an unlucky rattle.. bad luck sac town fans, next year (if any changes aren't made to this lineup)

I Think what C-webb said last night was very Mature, and i think he's kinda mellowing out...which would be a good thing

C-Webb in my opinon hasn't been as cocky as he usually has been in the past,so could this be him growing up???
