If Darko even plays 15 minutes, he can be an MIP candidate [IMG]

Oh yeah, I will be rooting for Darko next season too. Well I hope he at least show flashes of brillance next season.

Off topic and I hope you don't mind Kahlil but 120x150 avs look so huge now since it's been 80x80 for awhile now.

Mike Dunleavy Jr. will get a lot of opportunity to put up numbers in Golden State and I look for him to be in the running for MIP next year.

Tyson Chandler rebounding off an injury plagued 2004 season is another potential candidate.

Stephen Jackson if he re-signs with the Hawks he is my top pick for MIP next season. He went bananas the second half of last season averaging 27PPG, and with a full year as a starter for the Hawks, he'll put up some All Star numbers. I can see him averaging 20-5-5 next season and be one of the league leaders in steals.

DOnt sleep on my boy sweetney, he was second in the league in rebounds per 48 mintues. I know that doesnt tell the whole story but this guy is a beast on the boards even at his short hieght of 6'9. His offensive game isnt half bad either. He could be a 14 and 12 guy next season (or more) if Kurt Thomas gets traded and Sweetney is allowed to start (which he has earned the spot in limited minutes). I know some people wont even consider him but he could come out big time next season. If he put up those numbers he'd have to be considered for MIP.

I hope its Samuel Dalembart just because Im a Sixers fan but I think other canidates will be Darius Miles,Ed Curry he has a lot of potential, and I think if Flip Murray gets a starting spot somewhere else he could get it,I remember in the beging of the season he was putting up 20 points in Ray Allens place so if he starts some where else I think he can do the same.

Vince Carter. He'll score 30 PPG, he'll dish out 6.6 APG, and he'll grab 6.3 RPG.

    Nah, Juan Dixon.

I don't think 16 or more players can win the coveted Most Improved trophy, or if you're listing the possibilities, then some of the players you mentioned have a 0 in 100 chance of even being considered for it.

Sweetney is 6'8, and yes I also think he's a big possibility if he gets them inutes.

Can Marquis Daniels be a nominee, or maybe Josh Howard. Finley wont be as big as he used to be and Daniels and Josh will step up. I predict Marquis will win it.

Chris Bosh - He had a good year, but I expect him to REALLY step up his game next year, especially after bulking up in the offseason.

Kwame Brown - He showed signs of breaking out this year, and I think he'll be a legit 18-10 threat next year.

Stromile Swift - If he gets to go to a team where he gets a lot of PT, he can be a force.

Kareem Rush - With the possibility of him going to the Bobcats, I think he can be a pretty good player. Wrack up 15 points a game, and dish out 6 assists. Also get a lot of steals.

Michael Pietrus - I expect him to start all year, and have a big year next year. He is a legit 14-6-4 threat every nite, those are pretty decent stats.

Al Harrington - Seems like we say this every year..

Other guys to consider: Fred Jones, Jiri Welsch, Eddy Curry, Leandro Barbosa.

I also expect Joe Johnson and Jamaal Magloire to both have huge years.
