I just looked and i'm pretty sure The Best Damn Sports Show aires on NASN in Canada.

 

What's NASN? I'm not familiar with that station. Unless NA stands for national and SN stands for sportsnet, I don't know what you are talking about. Still, would you mind posting a report of the show?

North American Sports Network, a channel in Canada and available throughout the world that carries most of what Fox Sports Net shows.

apparently he was on regis and kelly this past week. somebody should tell this guy that he gets paid to play basketball for the raptors.

Yeah they talked about the Raps and Regis was raving of how high he could jump (discussing Weiss crowning)

And at one point Regis is like, "man, you jump so high!"

and then Vince mumbles under his breath "Yeah...used to."

i guess someone should tell you that its the off-season, and he currently isnt playing basketball.

have you never heard of an athlete doing something other then playing their sport? are they not allowed to have lives outside of the game?

take it easy...seems like your just looking for something to piss on vince about. so he went on a couple of talk shows? whats the big deal? its not as if he's skipping practice or harming the team in any way by doing so

okay so i'm not the president of the vince carter fanclub; to be more precise, i can't stand him

Ya I know, me too. Its the media's fault, they set him up to fail. He blasted on to the scene in 98, and now that he has diversified his game and suffered through 2 injury ravaged seasons, anything he does now is always being shadowed by his past feats. Its unfair for Vince IMO, he's such a nice guy and a team player unlike most 'superstar' SGs in the league.

 

He's making himself look like he cant dunk or play anymore, and not to mention making himself look bad. Is it me or is he losing confidence in himself, or is it the media or some sort.

I don't get it, why is that such a bad thing. All hes doing is revealing the truth about him, he can't jump as high as he used to, and thats a fact. Just because hes admitting that he can't do what he used to do doesn't mean hes doing something wrong.

 

I actually think it was funny. I think it was more of a joke, its also pretty true. He's not losing and confidence at all.

If your getting paid the amount he does then he should do something. And I'm pretty sure that the contract isnt just for games, he is still a Raptor in the offseason and needs to work his ass off for the amount hes getting paid.
