ROY Battle between: Okafor, Deng, Howard, Childress, Harris and Gordon
I don't like to predict numbers, because the situation will greatly affect it. If Howard goes to LA, he will not put up the numbers he would get elsewhere. If Deng goes to Chicago : 13 PPG, 5 RPG, 3 APG, 1 SPG...shooting 43%. If Emeka goes to Orlando : 12 PPG, 9 RPG, 2 APG, 2 BPG....shooting 46% After the draft, I will post more.
Livingston Emeka OKafor- 13.4 points, 10.1 rebounds, 2.9 assists, 3.5 blocks, 32.5 minutes Dwight Howard - 15.0 points, 7.1 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 0.9 steals, 1.2 blocks, 28.5 minutes. Shaun Livingston - 16.5 points, 5.1 rebounds, 6.1 assists, 2.1 steals, 0.5 blocks, 43.4% FG, 30.5 minutes
Okafor - 12pts, 8rebs, 1.5ast, 1.75bl, 1stl Howard - 10/7/2/2/1 Livingston - 10/4/7/0.5/2 And the 2004-2005 ROY... Deng - 15/7/3/1.5/1.5
I don't wanna jinx him but I predict that Emeka will have re-occuring back trouble throughout the season. And this will open the rookie of the year spot to anyone. Also, they might as well let Darko be a rookie this year too. HaHa lmao
I consider Nick Collison a big candidate for the ROY... They still consider him as a rookie don't they?
okafor-13ppg,8reb,2ast,1blk howard-12ppg,6reb,1ast,1blk livingston-14ppg,3reb,5ast,1stl deng-10ppg,5reb,3ast,1blk
Andre Igoudala will average a 13 ppg, 5rpg, 3apg, 1.5 spg, and .75 bpg and 29 mpg he will have a great season
Hard to predict these numbers... because it depends on the team they are on... I'd say Rookie of the year is: DEVIN HARRIS!
I think you guys are making Okafor's offensive numbers too high he'll be a solid offensive player but not 15 ppg. I think the player though who will have the most impact in his career will be Livingston, I just think the sky's the limit for him, but i also like Kris Humphries.
It's hard to predict numbers of player whn they haven't even been picked yet. It all depends on the situation they are in, but if all goes well according to their team and where they are drafted, the numbers might look along these lines: Emeka - 14.2 points, 9.4 rebounds, 0.8 assists, 2.5 blocks, 35 minutes Dwight Howard - 18.2 points, 8.1 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 0.9 steals, 1.1 blocks, 34 minutes Shaun Livingston - 10 points, 3.1 rebounds, 4.9 assists, 1.1 steals, 0.5 blocks, Luol Deng - 13.0 points, 5.7 rebounds, 3 assists, 1.2 steals, 1 block Devin Harris - 11 points, 3.9 rebounds, 5.5 assists, 1.5 steals, 30.1 minutes Ben Gordon - 12 points, 3.2 rebounds, 4.1 assits, 1.6 steals, 33 minutes Andre Iguodala - 7.1 points, 3.9 rebounds, 1.2 assists, 1.3 steals, 0.6 blocks, 21 minutes. Andris Biedrins - 5.3 points, 5.5 rebounds, 1.3 blocks, 21.1 minutes Josh Childress - 11.2 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 1.2 steals, 33 minutes. ROY Battle between: Okafor, Deng, Howard, Childress, Harris and Gordon Rookie of the Year: Dwight Howard

Quoting Chucksta:

I consider Nick Collison a big candidate for the ROY... They still consider him as a rookie don't they?
Yep, they do. The rule is that if you do not play a single minute in the NBA during your draft year, you are considered a rookie in the following season by the fault. My selections are predictions for the All-Rookie 1st Team. I'm also basing this off of my predictions for which player will go where in the draft coming up this Thursday so my five might change at that time. Now then, in no particular order.. Dwight Howard - Charlotte Bobcats - 14.3ppg, 8.4rpg, 1.2bpg Nick Collison - Seattle Sonics - 12.1ppg, 7.2rpg, 2.3apg Ben Gordon - Los Angeles Clippers - 17.2ppg, 6.1apg, 1.3spg Luol Deng - Chicago Bulls - 15.7ppg, 6.4rpg, 4.2apg Shaun Livingston - Atlanta Hawks - 12.8ppg, 6.7apg, 4.9rpg The reason I haven't added Okafor to the 1st team is not because I feel that he will do bad, but I feel he will have an injury filled season.
3 most productive rookies during rookie season: Dwight Howard Shaun Livingston Luke Jackson 3 most productive 2nd rounders (or late first rounders): Donta Smith David Harrison Kevin Martin
