I don't see it happening. Juwan (the main player in your trade) plays Bosh's position and will stunt his development. Garrity will struggle without a star on the team to get him his open shots.

That may have been true in the past, but his knee injuries doesn't let him do everything that he could before. He knows he needs to find other ways to score now.

PF - Drew Gooden/ZaZa Pachulia or 2nd rounder.. C - Okafor/2nd Rounder and or DeClerq.. Tell me that isn't a killer line-up.. Do you think the Raptors would be stupid enough to trade Vince away for Juwan Howard and Keith Bogans? That trade is just out of this world. How about we just offer Chris Bosh just to screw ourselves even more? BTW Keith Bogans is nowhere near Artest in any way shape or form. There would never be a deal with Orlando unless it involved their #1 draft pick. Carter has not said he would leave so let's just wait to see how he responds.
<font color="black">Personally i love this whole idea of Vince leaving the Raps because I think he's not really cut out to be the main option anymore, especially with how teams defnsivs are getting better at choking star plyers with the Zone an all.</font> <font color="black">I think Vince would fit great on a team where he could be the second or third option. I mean the way vince hops and creates, I believe he could really shine on a team where he'd be in a situation like Kobe on the Lakers. </font> <font color="black">I believe a situation where Vince could create havoc when the opposing teams main defensive focus is on his teams star like Duncan, Garnett, or the Diesal would be the best fit for Vince. </font> <font color="black">Teams i think Vince should consider would be the Spurs (Manu, Rose, Turkoloug and someone from the Raps possibly Alvin Williams), Timberwolves (Spreewell,Wally or both and maybe troy for another guy from the raps that could include Alvin) and lastly maybe even the Lakers if Kobe leaves. </font>
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Knicks Analyst:</div><div class="quote_post">We need Player's help. Remember when he first came out, everybody said he was amazing, then they started hating on him talkin bout he can only dunk.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting og15:</div><div class="quote_post">I don't see why Toronto would want to do this, AI is older, get's injured also, and we all know without his speed and quickness he won't be the same player likely next year and in future years, and he doesn't have a shot that can prolong his time in the league, his game is mainly based on physical ability. He's also been rumoured to possibly not be starting next season and if his injury doesn't progress his career could be in danger.</div> Are you serious? Does anyone see this, your saying that "He's also been rumoured to possibly not be starting next season". Are you ok? Did you take your medicine today?
Personally, I think that these are unfounded rumours. It started in the Chicago workout circles and spread from there, just lighthearted conversation maybe? Its the media thats blowing this up. Alot of people in toronto(when he was injured and out for 30+ games) wanted him traded, and some still do, but in reality ,ost of Toronto still like shim. Everyone here knows hes a vital part of the core of MArshall, Rose, Carter and Bosht hat they have right now. I do not see hwy the Raptors would dismantle one of their core. Not to mention, he still sells tickets.
All I would be willing to do from NY's point of view is; Vince and Lemond Murry for Tim Thomas, Kurt Thomas, and Frank Williams or the second round pick. Other than that toronto could keep Vince and his injuries.

Vince is not really a ballplayer, just a showman. Thats the way I see it.</div> What, build around Donyell Marshall? What kinda of idea is that, first Marshall isn't even a franchise caliber player, he's 31, he plays the same positions as Bosh (PF), and we all know he can't create well for himself, most of his point come from passes given to him by Carter or Rose. Vince just a showman? I dunno about that, didn't show me too much this season as in dunks etc. <div class="quote_poster">Quoting "TMac_OwNz":</div><div class="quote_post">What's changed? Juwan Howard , Reece Gaines ,Pat Garrity and #1 pick for Vince Carter and Raptors 1st Round pick? You'll get a kick ass SF in Dwight Howard.. a good back up PG..and a great 15 - 8 back up PFand one of the best 3 point shooters in the league.... We .. Vince is a mama's boy.. he needs to grow some balls and become a man. If he wants out of Toronto, he needs to say this himself, not get his mama to do it for him. And hell, if he wants out, trade him. We can get some good talent for him. If we could trade Vince Carter for Shawn Marion straight up, id do it.. or for Joe Johnson and some picks, or a youngster, id do that too. DOnt get me wrong, id rather have Vince on this team, but if hes going to play hurt, if hes going to cry about the team, and if he wants to leave because we didnt hire Julius Erving, then he is a bitch, plain and simple. He wont do anything but hold us down untill he changes his attitude. The Raptors gave Julius Erving his interview, they took Vince's opinion into consideration, and Erving wasnt the right guy. The Raptors just brought in 2 Hall of Famers and a GM that helped put together that strong Wolves team this year, it was the right move.

Vince, himself has never said that he wanted to be traded, all he has said (through his mom) is that he didn't agree with their choice of GM. Until he comes out himself and says that he wants to be traded, it's all just speculation.
