I personally think the Lakers will take this series in 6. I think they want to take it all home and win the championship and regain their throne as champions in LA. I do beleive however that the Lakers underestimated them and judged them out too quickly. but we shall see the true wrath of the Lakers the next two games in Motown and the final showdown in LA. Tell me what you think.
Optimistically, I want the Lakers to win ASAP in 6 games. However, with Malone injured, Fisher and George sore, it is looking bleak. I will go with Lakers in 7--hopefully... Lakers win game 4, lose game 5, but win games 5+6 in LA to come back and take what is rightfully theirs! BELIVE!!!
I still believe the Lakers will win this series in 6. That's what I predicted when the Finals started and I'm going to stick by my prediction.
rudeezy's right, the lakers need a miracle to pull htis off.... even then they still have a slim chance.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Rudeezy:</div><div class="quote_post">This thread should read "PISTONS win this series in how many games?"</div> Exactly.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting A-Halo:</div><div class="quote_post">rudeezy's right, the lakers need a miracle to pull htis off.... even then they still have a slim chance.</div> Why do they need a miracle? They are only down 2-1 if they can steal a game in Detroit, which is very likely, they will be going back to L.A. with either a 3-2 defecit, or a 3-2 lead...I dont think Detroit is taht good to hold off Shaq/Kobe for a 7 game series...They are good, not that good.

IF the Lakers can manage to win a game in Detroit, the Pistons have proven they can win in L.A. btw, just a few facts: - Phil Jackson has NEVER been down 2-1 in a Finals series. - with the series tied 1-1, the winner of game 3 has won it all 87% of the time (27 out of 31 times) - in the past 4 years, the winner of game 3 has gone on to win it all.
It also shows winner of first two games went on to win it all, Lakers down by just 1, please, Lakers did the impossible couple times already, what makes you think they won't do it again? So they did blow out Lakers, you gotta give all the props in the world to Pistons for that. But I bet everyone thought Spurs closed that game up and said there's no way when Duncan made that crazy shot... what happened after?

I believe the Lakers will win one more game but they will need another miricle like the one they had in game 2. I'll say it again, the Pistons could and should be on the verge of sweeping the Lakers.

When you are depending on miricle to win every game you have a problem. The Pistons have controlled this series thus far and can easily be up 3-0. You seem to be so confident, how about you make it so you sport your sig for as long as you're here too? I already gave you upper hand on that, and I seem to be at disadvantage, why dont you help the poor guy out and cheer him up?

You were so confident that you made that ridiculous bet and now you will stick to it.
