Ok i saw the NFL fined the Colts for doing the Jump and bump dance in the endzone. and for all you guys who dont know what that is two guys in the endzone jump up and hit their asses together. Anyway they were fined for that. WhY?? I mean sure the nfl doesnt like group dances but seriously which deserves more of a fine TO's dance making fun of Ray lewis or two guys inthe endzone jumping up and hitting butts. Its harmless, not making fun at anyone just a little endzone dance. It just annoys me that the NFL has gotten this lame. so wat do u guys think which dance should be fined the jump and bump or TO's ray lewis dance?
Yeah, I don't see anything wrong with the jump and bump. It's no different than when Favre throws a TD pass to Javon Walker and then runs into the endzone and jumps so Walker can catch him. That's a "group" celebration and the NFL's never said anything.
Fined!? for that? That's brutal. I don't see why its such a big deal with them doing that. NFL needs to get over it already I mean its not like its harming anyone, some cheap harmless fun. A part of entertainment...and football is entertainment...No?
i like the endzxone celebrations. but some people do take it too far. i do agree that TO takin down the sign @ the browns game was too far n shouldve been fined for that. but this stuff? this mst be a prank
Agreed there, that is taking it too far...but that jump and bump, no way that doesnt deserve a fine, and most of the celebrations dont in my opinion.
I don't consider two people to be a group. Now when six guys gather in a circle and all fall down at once or T.O. dances on the Star or the Rams do that lame dance they did a few years back...those might be fine worthy. But not this...
I don't think they deserve fines either, only if they take it way too far and completely show disrespect to a fan or the other team in anyway, for example what nflfan04 said about TO taking down the sign at a browns game thats really not necessary, gotta be a good sport about it. Otherwise let the celebrations go on!!
i think they should be able to do group celebrations. but anything controversal or potentially harmless should be fined. let em do the dirty bird and stuff like that WHO CARES? Its entertainment, these guys have to lighten up. soon if you flip the ball to the ref the wrong way after scoring you get fined. You know i heard a thing that chad johnson wants people to donate money so he can do a celebration that will definatly be fined. thats really funny i hope he does. maybe that will show the nfl to lighten up. or maybe they will be pricks and suspend him
