So far Chauncey, he's beyond ridiculous.

i wish Ben would win the MVP, but his numbers haven't been that great. i think it's due to having to battle Shaq.

otherwise, i'd have to go with Chauncey. he's just been doing whatever he wants versus the Lakers.

I say Mr. Billups without a doubt. He's been a monster in this finals series. Putting up 20+ a night and making Gary Payton look like a middle school baller. He deserves it without a doubt if he keeps playing like this.

The Finals MVP is going to be Shaquille O'Neal.

So far the MVP has been the Pistons defense. They have stymied the Lakers offense and they can't do anything because of it.

Billups as everyone else has been saying is just smoking Payton like he's the good stuff. Maybe Prince he got them to the finals and did a good job on bryant in Game 3.

I think for the first time ever the entire Pistons team should get MVP. They are NBA's #1 example of pure teamwork

    <div class="quote_poster">Quoting MR_SAC_KING:</div><div class="quote_post">If the Lakers win it:Kobe

Which Wallace? Detroit have both Ben and Rasheed. Can't actually see Ben winning it, he's points haven't been that good. Rasheed hasn't been that good either.

I think Shaq is a good chance. He's been consistant through the whole thing.

well i think rip deserves to be finals mvp! he's the only one on the pistons who commands a double team... w/o him there would be no way for chauncey to score 20+ b/c he wouldn't get all those wide open looks... also the reason i pick rip over chauncey is b/c most of the time, rip is being guarded by kobe, the lakers best defender, so obviously he wouldn't put up the same numbers as chauncey... and what might be even more important is that he runs kobe ragged, so by the fourth quarter, kobe is really tired and can't make the clutch plays for which he is notorious... and really where would the pistons be w/o rip... they'd all be home watching indy get swept by the lakers!

Regardless of whoever wins the finals, Shaq should win it imo.

Thereotically it will be Rip or Chauncey (probably the latter), but Big Ben has been the backbone of that team. He is the glue by which the Pistons are bound together. I'm sure he'll simply be content with the ring, though.
