Their names may be linked before draft night, and they may be compared forever afterward. But for now, as Okafor and Howard jockey for the right to be chosen No. 1 overall by the Magic, they are keeping their distance, intentionally or unintentionally, avoiding each other like fighters before a bout. full story

At this point I can't really tell who's the best man/boy to draft. It'd be fun to watch Howard play, and it'd be fun to see Magic win(with Okafor)...
I hope that before the draft(like it says in the end of the article) That Dwight would play a one on one game against Emeka. I'm not sure who would win, or if Dwight would even be able to get a shot off against Emeka and not sure if Emeka would be able to create his own shot from the top of the key. Oh well. I would still like to draft Dwight. Knowing the Magic's luck, if we draft Okafor, he will be injured in a couple of games. HE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY CENTER. That's another reason why I think we shouldn't draft him. Dwight, if he adds more muscle to his slim frame, he could play center with his size, he can also play SF, so he's more versatile too. He can hit the outside J. With the right coaching staff he could learn to play effective defense on the NBA level. So maybe the Magic shouldn't draft him, because their coaching staff SUCKS.
Howard could either be KG or K.Brown. He's never played ball with the big boys. At least Okafor played college. I'm sure the cockiness will disappear when he tries to bang with grown men and not 16-18 yd olds. I don't want a "potential" KG. Get me an Alonzo Mourning type player. I'd rather have the Magic emulate the Pistons winning formula than the Wolves. I want a defensive-minded/first type of player. We already have the best offensive scorer in the League.
