    what ever happend to the guy i just remember him in a sort of trenton hassell role and then he dissapeared. Is he in the league anymore?

    I think he was injured, and never returned, but im not sure......he is a damn good player though.

    Felipe Lopez is now a broadcaster for NBA games shown on Telemundo(a spanish cable station)

    He got injured during the 2001-02 season. And then the Wolves signed Kendall Gill, a simliar type player with more experience & expected production, at the start of the 2002-2003 season to replace him basically. So Felipe Lopez never returned to the wolves after his injury. But he wasnt officially release till last offseason.

    One question though is he still a nba player or has he retired from the league as well? I mean is he like broadcasting his new career or does he ever plan on returning to the league because he is still a very young guy so he has a couple of years left. Anyone got any information on weather he will come back as a player to the nba?
