However, McGrady has stated he will not re-sign with the Suns, which has them weary of the entire situation. Seems to me like he's controlling this trade more than Weisbrod.
Now the Magic gets stuck with grumpy players who are not likely to give their all for the team. This trade is starting to look like bad melons for both teams after all.

He's a valuable 3pt threat.

Phoenix does NOT want to include Johnson in the deal, it's Marion, Jacobson, and the 7th pick for McGrady, the Magic won't trade McGrady to the Suns unless Johnson is in the deal.
Man now I wonder if this trade is going to go down now?I think Steve and MObley would fit nice in Orlando,and of course I want to see a duo of T-Mac and Yao.I thought it would be 100% offical after the Cats didnt take Howard but I guess not.
Mobley and Steve can bitch, but they cant go anywhere steve has 5 years on his deal and i think mobley has 3 more on his. What are they gonna do retire for a year i dont think so.
this came to me when i was just geting my hair cut, but i dont think its to good of an idea. Franchise and Mobley dont want to play for orl. Well if the trade were to go down, couldnt they then trade them two to la and maybe another player or two, and get shaq and sum other player? This isn't a suprise to me. I knew the only going to happy in this deal is tracy. Makes him look somewhat selfish or even more then he already is. I would be upset if I were Francis and Mobley myself.
Well yes but only in a 3 way the magic wont take francis and mobley expecting to trade them later, if they take the trade as is they will be expecting to keep them.
