Shaq to Dallas I heard on the radio this morning that there are talks of a possible three way team trade between Pacers, Lakers and the Mavs. Mavs would get Shaq, Lakers would receive Dirk and Ron Artest, and the pacers would receive 5th pick in the draft and Antoine Walker. I don't know if it's true though, but I think that would be sweet for the Lakers.
I don't think Pacers would approve of that deal...trading away Artest for Walker and the 5th pick? Not worth it, in my opinion.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting L.Sooch:</div><div class="quote_post">Out of those teams who's got the 5th pick?</div> Dallas, and they took Devin Harris. This deal would be horrible for the Pacers, so I doubt it goes down.
Here you go, how's this for news: "A source from one superstar's entourage said Chris Webber has hinted to Kings management he'd go to Los Angeles. They've discussed Webber and former Laker Vlade Divac for Shaq. But any deal with Sacramento should include Mike Bibby, just as any deal with Dallas -- the odds-on favorite -- should include Dirk Nowitzki." Newsday

Newsday</div> We might as well shut the door on Sacowmento. Webber and Divac don't turn heads at all in this speculating transaction. Dirk and Ron Artest for Shaq? With Dirk being a dangerous force at the perimeter, and Artest playing his physical style of defense for 48 minutes total? Let's get it done. I like this lineup: PG: Payton SG: Bryant SF: Artest PF: Nowitski C: ??? Whoever we can fill at the center spot if maybe Erick Dampier would be a solid starting five for 2005.
