He's from a school that's in the NCAA's every year & he's a good shooter. He's also the alltime steals leader at Gonzaga, which is quite an accomplishment considering that's where John Stockton played. Here's the last 2 paragraphs of the article. As an avid Gonzaga fan, I can vouch for the TWolves selection of him. Blake is probably one of the smartest players in the draft and he rarely makes mistakes. Despite lacking speed, he makes up for it with his decision making and passing ability. Not only that but he has unlimited range and can rain down 3s from just about anywhere past the half court line.
Stepp is <u>very</u> under-rated, second to last pick, I feel he could be an all-star in 6 to 8 years, a steal for the T-Wolves.
Sounds like a good deal. We're always open for someone capable of shooting, defense and steals. Maybe he'll be as useful as Hoiberg for us if he proves some real hustle off the bench.

The one negative I heard about him, though, is that he doesn't have a quick release on his shot but that's ok. The article says they'll work him out as the third string PG initially. That sounds like a good place to start.

Nothing smooths rough edges better than good coaching though.
