Peyton will win it, it's a shame that during McNabb's best year Peyton's on this record setting trend. Peyton's stats are way too good for Brady or McNabb to have a chance

When LT went down with an injury, Brees still got it done. I also disagree with the notion that MVP should go to the biggest impact player on a team. MVP simply means the most valuable player, the one player that would add the most value to any team. With that in mind, there is only one player that is standing out as being above and beyond the rest: Peyton Manning. No one is even close to him in stats or how well a franchise can build around him. He is, without a doubt, the MVP. Brees, McNabb, TO, LT, Vick, Roth, and the others are all potential MVP's of their teams, but when it comes to the league, there is no question who is above and beyond the rest.
I voted mcnabb on this. All he ever needed was a wr and look at the eagles rolling thru the nfc. I realize manning has the record in store but im looking at the eagles and them losing 1 time. Mcnabb has also been known for a low qb rating and look at his rating this year. What manning is doing doesnt come to a suprise at all. But mcnabb was bickerd for his accuracy and look at his season. My vote mcnabb for the mvp.
Hell, the Eagles struggled through the AFC North. 5 point win over Baltimore, 3 point win over Cleveland, and a loss to Pittsburgh... excuse me, a blow out loss to Pittsburgh. Things that make you go hmmmmmmmmmmmmm....?

Its not as near as bad of a situation as Troy Aikman making Alvin Harper look good, but it?s the same idea to some extent. If you are going to look at it based on just valuable on the team, why not Roethlisberger? He seems to be the main thing that changed at Pittsburgh, and its obvious their fortunes this year are completely different. Personally, I think he?s doing a good job, but I wouldn?t consider him the most valuable player of the league. In Brady?s defense, I?m not sure what he would have to do to be MVP material. The way their team is set up and plays, the offense isn?t designed for him to get Marinoesque numbers. Besides, Belichek has us all convinced that he can plug-and-play just about anyone into any position and keep winning. I would say Manning should be leading, with Owens second. Also-rans should include Brady, McNabb, Vick, Brees. It would be nice to find someone off of the Jets to include, but there has been less consistency. It would also be nice to find a Bills player for the too little too late award, but I came up empty there too.

Just so you guys know. The Colts have 4 former first round picks in skill positions, Harrison, James, Wayne and Manning. Eagles only have McNabb. Colts have 3 reciever projected to have 1000 yards, and a 1000 yard rusher. Eagles only have 1 reciever, and no rushers. If what constitutes an MVP is doing more with less, McNabb is the clear choice in 2004.
Man you want it both ways, I knock westbrook, no he is great, I knock Pinkston/#3 reciever, no they are good, I knock Mcnabb, he is better cuz he has no talent around him. Make up your mind, I will conceed that Mcnabb is doing more with less if you conceed TO, Westbrook, Pinkston, and that other reciever, LJ, and Chad all SUCK worse than any other players in the league.
