As much as a C-USA fan and Memphis fan, I doubt Darius will be the best point guard in the country. He will be good, not the best. Maybe Paul, McNamara, or Thomas with the Irish.

The Best PG in the league next year will be a toss-up between Raymond Felton and Chris Paul. Darius Washington will take some time to blossum, I think he is too cocky and he made a joke out of himself by trying to go to the draft.

He tried to go to the draft? When was this? If I'm not mistaken, I thought he was committed to Memphis and he never attempted to enter the draft.

I seen some 1hr long show about 2 weeks ago titled "Future Superstars" and it profiled Dwight Howard, Josh Smith, and Darius. He had his mind set on entering the draft but then dropped out at the last minute. I think they said in the show that NBA scouts had told him that he needed big time work, so I guess that shifted him to Memphis.

Oh yeah about your avatar - OJ Mayo, isn't he that really good young player in HS and when will he be in the draft?

The best PG is Chris Paul... The Second will be Felton... And DUkes starting PG will be DeMarcus Nelson out of Sheldon High School in Sacramento, Cali

Yeah, from Ohio. He should be eligible in the year 2007. He's, right now, the top ranked SG in the class of 2007. Made the All-Ohio team when he was in 8th grade. Pretty impressive stuff, and he's only a freshman, soon to be sophmore.

Chris Paul ....maybe its the jersey but he reminds me so much of Marbury...

also, this is going to be the 3rd consecutive year I've said this, but Cedric Bozeman will have a breakout year lol [IMG]

Paul will be the best, but I gotta give my boy Nate Robinson some love and say he'll be second.

Don't forget about Iowa State sophomore Curtis Stinson. He might be the most unheralded out of the bunch but he can definitely play.

After seeing Darius Washington play numerous times at school I would say he has serious potential to become one best guard in college.

Chris Paul and Raymond Felton....D. Nelson is a combo guard who will be to me the best freshamn next year especially since deng and duhon are gone. Dockery and ewing will be the 1-2 and nelson will be the knockout blow. Maybe even John Lucas III from Okla St.

Chris Paul hands down is the best PG in college basketball. He reminds me of T.J. Ford in the sense of his quickness and his ability to anticipate what will happen next(especially in transition). Add to this he can score from the perimeter and get to the paint on command and you have one hell of a college PG.
