<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">The Pistons have made signing Rasheed Wallace their number one priority.

This move comes as no surprise, as signing Wallace would leave the Pistons with virtually the same team that dominated the Lakers in the 2004 championship series, sans Okur.

Okur has expressed repeatedly that he would like to remain a Piston, however if Wallace stays, Okur would likely sign for a team that has extra cap room and would give him more playing time. Phoenix and Utah being the frontrunners.</div>

As they should. The only chance the Pistons have at repeating the title would be if Wallace re-signs with them. It's probably in his best interest as well - he's won a ring there and the fans love him.

I will be highly upset if Wallace doesn't stay with Detroit, he has to understand that after all those tough years that D-town is a best place for him.

    true true.

But Rasheed has to do whats best for him as a person and for his Family.

who knows maybe Rasheed wants a chalenge like Kobe does and he might feel its too easy to win in Detroit.

But Who knows Rasheed will be Rasheed. And if He leaves detroit. Bring on more Drama in the NBA.

    Hey I'm Lovin it.

The latest word is Dumars and Sheed have talked but he has yet to make up his mind on a decision. It will be Sheed's biggest mistake In his career If he leaves the Pistons

    plenty of money
    winning situation
    loved by the fans
doesn't need to be the go to guy

Thats everything Sheed needs but will he pass it up?

he should stay put. Thats his best chance for success in the near future, but he might also be looking at a team that is almost there, just needs some defense to get to the next level... same as he did in Detroit. I think he stays put for at least two more years.
