In order to cut down on the number of interceptions that he's been throwing, A.J. Feeley has stopped staring down his intended receivers. Instead, he fakes out the defensive backs by staring at the Goodrich blimp. Said Feeley, "It's the little details that give you that competitive edge."

Feeley has also been working on his tackling skills in order to better punish would be interceptors.

Feeley, in a tenacious display of "never give up," has simply refuses to leave the field after the Dolphins' downs are up. Said Feeley, "Everyone gives up after a blown 4th down. I'm no quitter. I give 110% in every game and if that means going for it on 5th down then I want the ball in my hands." While Feeley's moxie is to be admired, the Dolphins might want to consider giving him a little better pass protection or a harder helmet.

Finally, in an effort to help improve the Dolphins offensive output, Feeley has been working on his one armed blocking techiques. Said Feeley, "I don't want to say that our OL isn't blocking well, but my Humana premiums have tripled since becoming the starter. For the love of my HMO, HELP!!!"

I dont know if you saw the game, but Feeley did try to rip Spikes head off....he jumped on his back and swung around on his neck....of course, that didnt phase Spikes who would have gladly carried Feeley to the end zone with him if other Dolphins hadnt arrived to help.....

I have decided to withhold judgement till he gets full training camp as starter. If picks dont drop after that, he is not a starter

Its hard to tell looking at the numbers but it seems there is some improvement.

Like BF1, I reserve complete judgement until he gets a full training camp.

Additionally, If Miami had an average OL & running game then who knows.

I haven't made up my mind about Feeley yet either. I was just trying to have a little fun with the Dolphins' offensive woes.

Nice to see we finally agree, I will carve this date in stone. However, i will still relate to beef all the mean things Prisco says bout Feeley, just to rile him up. When Beef rants it is a lot like a Mora ranf(sr)

Of course, now that the vanilla one is gone maybe Feeley will get a 'fair' shot

The fact the Bf1 & I agree on something scares me.

I know one guy who is not a fan of feeley, Pete Prisco, who today listed him as the third worse acquisition of the season. Right along with Sapp.

AJ has QB skills. After reading it, I thought how funny because Vick is nothing more than an RB wearing #7.

Additionally, I saw an article recently somewhere that compared MV to Barry Sanders. Irony? I think not.

Just remember how well Feely did for the Eagles with their horrible offense last year. Besides the three-headed monster and McNabb, the offense wasn't much of a threat, but he got the wins. He'll get better, Miami should definetly give him another year.

Well if Feeley got wins that year and thats whats important, Vicks 9-3 this year, how's Feeleys wins looking this year!? Yeah there we go despite what any of you feel about Vick which seems to never be anything good, the teams winning games WITH Vick not WITHOUT him. Enough said.

It is definately fair to compare them by wins, cuz the only position that determines out come of games is QB position. The Falcons could take any 54 players plus vick and would be 9-3 cuz vick is that good. Of course if the dolphins hand picked 54 players from any team in the laegue to team up with feeley they would still be 2-10, cuz Feeley is that bad. It is so obvious I should have realized this sooner. How silly of me to think things like a bad OL in miami, would affect feeleys play. The complete lack of a running game should have no affect on his ability to put up points. The injuries the D and O have suffered certainly has no bearing on the dolphins record, it all comes back to feeley.

Atlanta, and Vick are frauds, the team has actually given up 10 more points then they have scored. They are near the bottom of the league in 3rd conversion percentage(miami is actually better) . They are even in the giveaway/takeaway category,

Finally Vick, is actually passing 160 yards a start to feeley who is passing for about 200 a start. Feeley has turned it over 18 times to vicks 16 TO. Vick is getting sacked WAY more than feeley per drop back. You would think a mobile guy would be able to avoid the sacks? i know you plan to bring up Vicks rushing yards which would put him higher yards per game, but the title of the thread is "QB skills" not "RB skills"

Well i am glad i got that off my chest.
