Wow... Thats a shame. But... Imagine what the cab driver thought when he saw a huge 7'7" man yelling for him to pick him up... lol I hope everything is OK.
The head is the most important part of your body, and I'm surprised that you can survive when your head is seriously inflicted like that. Also, adults like him should know that you should wear a seat belt.
