Lakers looking at Coach K, not Rudy T?!

    Interesting turn of events..I wonder if he would be a good NBA coach...I wouldnt mind him I like him...only person on Duke that i like...

    Rudy T is one thing, Henry Bibby is another, but Coach K possibly the new head coach for the Los Angeles Lakers? Just incredible. The man has had success at Duke for many years, and the sky's the limit to what he can do for our proud franchise. I hope our people can do whatever they can to reel him in.

    I'm not that high on Coach K as an NBA coach...he's arguably the best recruiter in college basketball, but really the talent he has brought is so immense, its hard to judge his coaching skills because most coaches would win with those teams...I always thought Pitino was a better "coach" and he crashed and burned in the NBA...

    Wow, interesting turn of events. I thought Rudy T was a lock to become the next Laker coach, but, wow, this could change a lot of things. I think it's going to be very interesting now to see who the Lakers choose. Quite frankly, I'll take any of the 3 that they're looking at, being Bibby, Rudy T, and Coach K, but, Bibby would be my last choice.
