    <div class="quote_poster">Quoting That NBA Girl:</div><div class="quote_post">Just cause I'm a girl doesn't mean I like 'NSYNC. Matter a fact, I'm not a teeny.</div>

Good Charlotte, New Found Glory, Something Corporate, and all those other emo bands aren't the new wave of teeny music? I haven't seen any tennys listening to pop since N'Sync broke up. Now it's all about the pop-rock (aka emo).

No, actually I don't consider them that seeing that I listened to all of them before they got blown up on MTV.

And by teeny I mean, "LYKE OMFG JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE IS IN TOWNNNNNNNNNNN!"

<strike>I didn't say you liked NSync... I was just saying that I like some of their stuff and most people think of it as sissy. So, I was just saying that I understand how you feel about your music.</strike>

Wow. I wasn't expecting for this thread to get so heated.

Most famous men I've met, Bill Clinton and Jim Brown.

I'm not sure how to rank people in terms of most famous. I've met most of the pro athletes from the West Coast (Lakers, Clippers, Warriors, 49ers, & Raiders)

I've met some of the mayors from Los Angeles & San Francisco.

I live in SoCal, so I've met my fair share of musicians, actors, and models.

I guess the most famous person would be Hugh Hefner and his 7 wives.

I don't have too many problems with youngsters getting into pop-punk. Hell, most go through that phase... I did. You look back and laugh at those days [IMG]

I think everyone's taking things too seriously in this thread [IMG]

I remember a time when I used to like Blink 182. I look back on those days with tearful laughter. Since those times (ages 13-14), my music tastes have mellowed out somewhat, and anything too heavy makes me cringe. Maybe I'm just getting a headstart on old age.

Shiek, when did you meet Bill Clinton? What's he like? Despite all the you-know-what, he always seemed like a good, humble guy, better than that lunatic running things now [IMG]

I have a confession. I once owned a...Ja Rule CD. [IMG] I get sad just thinking about it.

Maybe I should change the title of this thread to "Most Embarassing Music You've Owned/Liked". I'll put forward the admission that I used to be a huge Greenday fan. It took me three years to realise every one of their songs sounded exactly the same.

MJ is likely the most famous person I've met, he may of been an asshole to some of his team-mates but he is a real nice guy and willing to talk sports with you.

And surprisly Bonzi Wells isn't the idiot many think him to be either.

Surprisingly, even tho I live in SoCal, I haven't really met anyone that "famous." The closest person to famous I've met is Dat Phan, but most ppl never even heard of him so his level of fame is pretty low (he won NBC's Last Comic Standing last year). Also, I met him before he was famous so I dunno if that counts...

He spoke at my college and I had gotten an award during the same presentation. He congratulated me, shook my hand, and that was it. The congratulation didn't seem that genuine but all in all he seemed to be a good, humble guy.

I met Toni Kukoc and Goran Ivanisevic while on vacation in Brac (an island of the coast of Croatia). Saw Andre Agassi there too, didn't get a chance to meet him though.
