HOD, most of these folks dont know what humor is.

But I totally do agree, Webber was hitting more shots in this post season than anybody. But I dont think Peja should be traded, nor anybody on this team, if this sqauad should dismantle it would spell disaster.

Well the topic is Chris Webber so y would we talk about brad miller? But Brad Miller is a great hustler, I still remember his fight with Shaq back when he was with the Bulls it was awesome. I thought if the Kings pass the Wolves, Shaq and Brad would have gone at it one more time, sadly the T-Wolves won.

Chris Webber is the heart and soul of Kings team. He put the Kings up in the elite, without him ppl wouldn't even know the Sacramento Kings were a basketball team. I love Chris Webber, I hope the Kings win it next season led by Webber and Bibby.

I think Peja has got to be traded, even though I like him, but he should be traded for someone who can actually shoot well in the Postseason like ray allen some ppl have mentioned, otherwise great season, bad playoffs again. Man the Kings should have won a championship already...LET'S GO KINGS!

I have been rooting for the Kings in Playoffs for quite a while (I would like to have seen Kings vs. Nets in the Finals).....anyway, I think that the reason that the Kings did not get by the Timberwolves is because of Webber's unfortunate injuries. IMO, Webber did a hellava job on offense and keeping the Kings in the game, but defensively he was simply unable to get it done. I am not blaming Webber because his offense canceled out his defense, but I am blaming his injuries. If you watched the replys, every time KG went to the hoop Webber would try to get in front and challenge the shot, but he would not get there because of his lost mobility.

I was sad for me to watch Webber struggle like that and it was even sadder for me to watch the Nets loose to Detroit. Another thing: how in the world did the Wolves loose to the Lakers!!!

CWebb is still a good quality player but no all-star. It seems to me that he looks non-motivated to get a ring. The only thing going for him is his smoking girlfriend.

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting rednecklvr:</div><div class="quote_post">I don't give a crap who you hate as a team. Don't come here and stereotype Kings fans. And don't also reply that we are discussing the Lakers. Many of us really don't care about the drama or the arse kissing going on in LA. That's why we are on a KINGS forum. (and live in the past troll, Horrys shot was in fact lucky but doesn't detract from the fact that he did make
the shot. But continue to make yourself feel better by bringing up something that happened 2yrs ago. I'm on 2004-2005 season)
The "adult" Kings fans know who, what, where and w/whom.

And Kings were a championship level team, they just didn't play up to what they were capable of or they were just flatout outplayed.

Now go crawl back under your rock w/all your "you guys" and "you Kings fans" BS. I'm done w/you (chickensh!t must be so ashamed of his fave team can't even put it out there)</div>

Am I really focusing on something that happened two years ago? Or is it something that happens every year? The Kings not winning a championship (or even winning the west) after claiming that they were a championship calibre team.

Then the Kings fans start in with their excuses about how "If we had CWebb we could have....", or "If Horry hadn't hit that shot we would have.....", or "We had the best record during the regular season.......". Injuries are a part of the game, and the regular season is just that. The Kings can get 1st seed every year for all I care, but they have FAILED to step up their game when it matters.

They do not understand the importance of the playoffs and cannot extend to a higher level of play. Peja (an MVP candidate) failed to lead their team in the playoffs.

This thread is supposed to be about not hating on Webber, but the focus has already shifted to his girlfriend Tyra Banks. I guess Webber is taking lessons from Christie, fans know more about his woman than they do about him [IMG]

You tell 'em Jurassic. At least you're not blind to look at the facts and not running from the truth like we have some Sac fans doing on this forum. Props to you homie.

Fans love to have a scapegoat. in all honesty, CWEBB would be the perfect candidate for that. The only thing I will ever remember him for is his Timeout when he was playin with the Fab 5 Michagan team. I was actually rootin for them to win.... That mistake haunts him to this day.
