<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">The Mavericks are the only other team that has any chance of acquiring Shaq; sources say owner Mark Cuban is offering Antoine Walker and Glenn Robinson, whom he first must obtain from the 76ers. Both Walker and Big Dog are on the end of their contracts. </div>

Basically everything depends where Shaq will play next season.Who could we get in return? Finley? He has a horrible contract but atleast we get rid of Robinson who isn't the same guy we traded for.Finley doesn't demand the ball so much(hey, look at the Mavs roster!) and also his game is good.

I would love to get something 1/2 decent for Lil' Dog, even though I'd like to give him at least till the all star break to see if he can produce. But I'd def take Walker for him.

Nah, Shaq`s agent confirmed the trade would go down to Miami. If we did trade Big Dog, I would try and get a big man.

Big Dog isnt what he used to be, he is worth much less than he's getting payed if the sixers did trade him they should go aftera big man or someone to go along with AI both of 'em.

i dont see us trading big dogg as much as i want him gone he used to be an awesome player but he lost his touch...not much value cant even think of a team that would take him...we could probably trade him to some team like the bucks, they had him at one point maybe they will take him back...dont really care who we get for him as long as they will play better then big dogg...hopefully we get a bigman C/PF type guys any ideas...who we could get because we got some pretty crappy contracts here so it limits who we can get...

it may be tru about Big Dog being a bum and stuff, but if we keep him, don't we get the cap space next year that his salary brings when he becomes a free agent? If this is so, i say bite the bullet and keep him. We could use some cap space to bring in some decent players next year

Exactly, we need to keep him this season, and then his contract will be up along with Todd's giving us extra money to pick up a decent player in the offseason.
