    Now, that would be a dream teaming.

    Jordan, according to a source with knowledge of the situation, has been in discussions with Heat ownership about joining the organization as an owner. Although there was no other confirmation, it makes sense for both Jordan and NBA Commissioner David Stern.

    Stern has been trying to get Jordan back into the NBA in an ownership position ever since Jordan's attempt to buy the Milwaukee Bucks failed last year.

    Jordan has made it clear, after his ugly ending with the Washington Wizards, that he never again would put himself in a position to be fired or managed by an organization, as he was in Washington.

    Stern has openly listed one of his main priorities as getting Jordan back into the NBA in some active capacity. Stern, to his credit, believes in keeping the great names of the game active in the NBA. That approach has proved popular with fans and has been good for business.</div>

    Shaq and Jordan - two of my least favorite people. If this happens, I officially stop being a Heat fan.

    I like Jordan, but unless he will be in a Heat uniform and in the starting lineup, I want him far far far away from the Heat.

    Mickey Arison and Riley absolutely love Jordan, they went so far as to retire his jersey 2 seasons ago, even though he has never played for or had any ties whatsoever with the Heat organization. I wouldn't be surprised if Jordan becomes a partner.

    There's only so much abuse one organization can take, getting rid of a future Kevin Garnett in Odom and a future Ron Artest and defensive player year of the in Caron was bad enough, last thing we need is Jordan coming in here and completely destroying this franchise.

    Anyways, I just heard on SportsCenter that Mickey Arison has told Jordan the franchise is not for sale [​IMG].
