    That would be awfully entertaining ... Vince yapping and screaming like a maniac. "Damn you Raptors! I hate you all. I'm gonna tell my mommy!!" ... haha

    That doesn't make sense, Marty York reported that Vince would be fine in Toronto unless Richard Peddie and a few of his assistants are fired.

    About this trade, Babcock is smart enough not to do this, plus he's denied this anyway.

    And he isn't doing it, period. However, he has said that he received offers and considerations for Carter from other teams but nothing is active so this whole Dallas/New York BS is proly from another "unnamed sources" from one of those two teams yapping like a bunch of little schoolgirls.

    ^ i would do it from a raptor fan point of view. But as a Vince fan, i really wouldn't want to see him go.

    This trade does not make sense on New Orleans part. Why would they want to part with PJ Brown AND Jamaal Magloire for Dikembe Mutombo and Walker? You and I know that Magloire and Brown are the anchors in NO's front court defence and their value is almost irreplaceable. So expect this trade to be rejected with a loud NO.

    In regards to trading Vince away to Dallas for Kurt Thomas and two cans of coke: It won't happen. Unless the Raptors are offered something respectable, Vince will play out his contract. I do like the idea of Howard coming to the Raptors in some sort of fashion but if Dallas was involved in the deal I would go for Finley and nothing less.

    I read in ESPN insider that Carter, Lamond Murray and Jerome Moiso for Ray Allen, Jerome James and Vladimir Radmanovic.

    This would give the Raptors a top-notch 2 guard, talent at the SF spot, and Jerome James at C.

    The fact of the matter is, Carter isn't holding any cards. He is under contract for 3 more years. I trust that Babcock will only pull the trigger on a deal if is the best for the team. If no deal surfaces, Carter is here....end of story!

    It is refreshing that this Raptors braintrust isn't scurrying everywhere to make sure VC is happy. They are scurrying everywhere to make sure WE'RE happy....the way it should be!

    i havent been on in a while cause my comp screwed up and i havent really been watching tv did vince say he wants a trade? last i herd was bobcock didnt want to trade him and that he talked with vince nd vince agreed he would wait to c how the team is going. any way i think vince will stay in toronto because bobcock would let him go unless he gets like a tmac for him. steven a smith from espn also said he believed that vince will stay there and that everything is a rumor and he wont believe it till vince says it
