<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">US Dream Team is not the only one who will play at Olympic Games without some of the best players. Their biggest rivals and number 2 favourite for gold in Athens, Serbia and Montenegro, will also have to play without some top stars, including Peja Stojakovic (207-F-77), the 2nd points scorer in NBA last season. So, "European Dream Team" will have much harder job to beat USA. </div> Full Article Article courtesy of Ivan Milenkovic/EuroBasket.com This is pretty crazy, I knew Vlade wasn't going to play but to have Peja, and Marko not play either is absurd. We now definetely don't have a chance to do anything. The world championships, and olympics in the past few years have been totally retarted. Players are leaving to attend camps, I'm disgusted by this.
Great Artcile Sasha I Could care less if Peja played or not in the olympics.it's his choice,so i don't see the big deal!!
interesting. but it was pretty much his decision and if it was his decision to not go then thats the way it is.

yeah, it's a real bummer...i was hoping these olympics would be interesting, but seems our bball team isn't gonna be close to full strength
Thats BS. Peja said he would join the team after his camp in Sacramento and some other camp in Asia ? Who knows, we just have to wait and see what will happen.
