The Grizzlies do NOT need to let Stromile go, this guy has MAJOR upside and did a damn good job as a reserve, imagine if he was a starter. When we went on our winning streak he was a major role in it because of the injury to Wren. Keep Stro and if need be trade Gasol, he is soft anyways. Stro would play harder as a starter and alot harder if he was gettin paid. But I'm sure we can't keep him and Pau and people in Memphis LOVE Pau for some odd reason .. But a S-n-T for Eric Dampier along with Shane Battier will probably happen, even though I don't like that deal much, it will help our starting 5 out more but hurt our bench. What would you guys give up for Stro? And would you even want him on your team??
They don't love Pau for some odd reason, he is a damn good PF.....he is up there with the best of em.
Swift is a perfect backup PF, Pau is a lot more talented, and he's 23 years old, he will improve his defense, in the last part of the season u could clearly see him with a different atittude.
Stro sucks for the same reasons that Damp does. Darius Miles, too. Stromile Swift is the top forward in the NBA when he wants to be, but he only wants to be for 2-3 games a season. The rest of the time he's clueless and lazy. Stro, hate to see you go, because dunking is fun to watch, especially when he does it, but not really, because he sucks the other 99.964% of the time.
