Some of those deals are absolutely outrageous. Just to touch on a few here real quick.

Firstly, Mehmek Okur, is by no means a $50 million player. He may be worth half of that at max. I don't understand why you give someone such a huge deal who hasn't proven anything as of yet in his NBA career.

Than we have Marcus Camby. Someone who hardly plays more than 60 games a year is getting $60 mil for staying healthy and averaging 8.7 ppg and getting somewhere around 10 rebs. To me, that's not $60 million quality, especially if you consider the fact that you can never guarantee he's going to play a lot of games. That's a risky, overpaid deal right there to me.

Than we have Adonal Foyle. He only played in 44 games last year, starting 8 of them. He averaged just over 3 ppg and just under 3 rpg. He's getting $42 mil for those stats. What the hell is the management coming to? Those are, by no means, good enough stats to get him that much money. And if they're going by career points, it still makes no sense. He's averaging less than 5 ppg for his career and his best season, he only averaged 5.9 ppg. The only reason they could possibly be giving him this much money is cause they know they're going to lose Dampier and they want to keep some type of a big man around. That's the only reason, and even than, I still don't think he's worth that damn much money. It's just not right.

Than, the last one I'll touch on for now is Ginobli. I realize that he is a great player and had a good season, but, I don't know if he's worth $52 mil. Considering that it's likely he could still come off the bench next year with the resigning of Bowen, I don't know if a bench player is worth almost $9 million a year. They must be making that deal just to make sure he sticks around so they can start him in a couple years, because, unless they have intentions on starting him this year, I find no reason to give him so much money.

If Denver keep Camby playing around 30 mins a game, I see no reason why he won't be as healthy as he was this past season.
