Are the heat getting new jerseys? I noticed that there's a significant sale for them in the NBA Store and was wondering if this was why. If anybody knows.. please respond.
The Heat's jerseys have always been made by Nike, however beginning this coming season all jerseys in the NBA will be made by Reebok so you can find authentic Nike jerseys for very cheap and this is why there are TONS of Nike jerseys for sale everwhere at very low prices. The Heat aren't getting new jerseys, they'll look pretty much the same it's just they'll have a Reebok logo on them.
The Miami Heat NBA store has his jersey at #32, so I guess he is going back to his old number.. Kinda disappointed because I wanted to see him in #34 again, but I guess it really doesn't matter.

Shaq wore #33 in college and I was worried he was going to want to wear that, which would be blasphemous considering Zo wore #33 and should have had his number retire.

Why did Shaq not wear #33 on the Magic?
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Chucksta:</div><div class="quote_post">Question... Why did Shaq not wear #33 on the Magic?</div> because someone on the team was already wearing it and wouldn't give it up to shaq it's on one of his books years ago named "shaq attaq"
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Chucksta:</div><div class="quote_post">Question... Why did Shaq not wear #33 on the Magic?</div> Because Terry Catledge who played for the Magic since 1989 was wearing #33 at the time and since Shaq was just a rookie (albeit a great one) he didn't have much leverage at the time.
