    YES! Locked up for seven whole years and 136 million. Straight up Laker for LIFE!!! Now the next stage is to get a bonified center, much like Theo Ratliff or an Erick Dampier. Either one of the two would be excellent. [​IMG]

    Thank god. That is a relief. I was hoping he would stay. The Lakers did everything for him, so, if he didn't come back, that'd be a stab in the back. But, welcome back Kobe. Now let's hope everything else in your life goes the right way. Cause, if his trial doesn't turn out the way everyone's hoping, that would be bad. But, lets not worry about that. I'm just happy Kobe came back to the Lakers.

    Well, I still say this has been a bad offseason so far but I will sleep better now knowing we didnt lose both of our superstars. Next order of buisness, find a real center (brian grant isnt a center)

    Wow,What A Shock Seeing Kobe Resign With The Lakers :P

    I Mean did anyone really think he would go to the Clippers..Nah,i don't think so.Think About it.The Lakers have brought Fame & Glory,and a few NBA Rings to Kobe.Kobe became a star here,got all the attention & Money he wanted here,and Besides when people talk about the Lakers,they always associate Kobe with the Lakers.So this wasn't a suprise at all...Now we all can move on!!

    I can't wait to see this Lakers team next season. Lets see if Kobe can lead his team to a championship like Jordan did. If not, don't mention him in the same breath.[​IMG]
