I gathered some interviews from the Sixers three young players; Willie Green, Kyle Korver, and John Salmons. The interviews are mostly about what they are doing during the summer and whatnot. Some interesting reads. Willie Green Interview Tidbit
Quote:

What was your favorite basketball moment from last season? I think just towards the end of the season, just being able to get some playing time and to be able to get out there and get a feel for the game. That?s probable my best moments from last year. What are you looking forward to most next season? I?m just looking forward to increasing all my individual skills and, of course, having a better season as a team. What areas do feel you need to work on for next season? Well, usually I try to work on every part of my game as a balanced basketball player and be able to play both sides of the floor. I also try to work on different parts of my game because I look at myself as an all around basketball player.
It's really stupid how these guys never talk truthfully, I mean he asked hima bout his favorite moment of the last season, and he's talking about playing time. I know he doesn't get much, but there are much more interesting things. Kyle Korver Interview Tidbit
Quote:

Have you been on vacation? And where? I?ve gone around and visited some friends. Nothing too crazy. I?ve gone to Dallas, Texas and went up to South Dakota and saw some friends there. Saw some friends that live in Iowa. I plan on going to South Carolina for a few days after summer league. I?m going to a strip in South Carolina where it?s pretty nice and then I am going to Puerto Vallarta. It?s down in Mexico somewhere. I am going there with a bunch of college friends for a week in August. I have never really been outside of the U.S. I went to Hawaii once, but that was for basketball. I have never been any where on vacation without my family or basketball. So, I am excited about the trip. What was the last movie you?ve seen? Last night (July 1) I went to see Spider-Man 2, and I actually thought it was pretty good. I liked it. It was good. Have you read any good book(s) this summer? No, I haven?t really read a lot this summer. I picked up a lot of books, but I haven?t read any yet. I have been kind of busy doing other kinds of stuff lately. Have you attended any sporting events this summer? Yes. I went to a Phillies game, and I went to an Iowa Cubs AAA game back in Iowa.
How many of you actually think professional athletes read, it's a shame? John Salmons Interview Tidbit
Quote:

What was the favorite thing you did this summer? I didn?t do anything special. Same thing everyday. What was the last move you seen? Did you like it? ?Spider-Man 2?. I saw it last night. It was all right. Have you read any books this summer? I read the Bible just about everyday. Have you attended any sporting events this summer? I went to the (Miami) Heat playoff games when they played the (Indiana) Pacers and New Orleans (Hornets). Have you attended any concerts this summer? No. I don?t know. If any comes up, I?ll go.
Looks like we have a Heat fan on our hands. That's cool. ------------------ Full Willie Green Interview | Full Kyle Korver Interview | Full John Salmons Interview Interviews courtesy of Sixers.com/NBA.com Images courtesy of Jesse D.
