The Cavaliers are interested in receiving Atkins back in return, but Boston is hesitant to give him up, calling him the best point guard they have got.

Williams has also been rumored in a sign and trade deal with the New Jersey Nets.</div>

I'd like this to happen. Would give the Cavs a good backup PG and now that we have Luke Jackson, I'd like to see him get some good minutes and Williams would just be taking some away at the SF spot. So if this does go down, I'd be happy.

Cleveland got a back up PG when they got Eric Snow. Is this Atkins guy better? Snow is pretty old (31) and McInnis is 30, so if this guy is young he would be pretty good.

Atkins is 29. 31 isn't "pretty old". Points Guards can still perform at that age. Jason Kidd, Sam Cassell, Gary Payton, Terrell Brandon, are just a few players who performed very well at that age and a few years later. Payton hit the wall this year, at the age of 35.

Snow is gonna be yalls backup??? I have a feeling McInnis is on his way out or something because it'd be Golden State-like to pay that kind of contract or a backup...

I dont think they'll resign McInnis after this trade. Dajuan Wagner could backup the 1 and 2.

McInnis is isn't going anywhere. Snow might be traded for cap space to sign Swift. So Atkins might be our next victom.

They can't trade Snow until some time in December. It's like the scenerio in Dallas when they traded for Antawn.

^OOOkay...farquad, they talk about this on Cavs sports radio all the time in Cleveland.

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">I'm assuming, although it is often times a horrible thing to assume, that the Cavaliers will ship Snow out to a team for a future first round pick and a low salaried player. This move would free up some cap space and allow the Cavs to go after a PF. Keep the name Stromile Swift fresh in your mind. He's a player that is young and filled with potential and would be a good fit within the team?s up-tempo offense.

If the Cavs could move Snow for next to peanuts they would have the space to compete with Atlanta for Swift's services. We must also remember that Memphis is also in the mix here. Swift is a restricted free agent. That tag allows the Grizzlies a chance to match any offer he may receive on the open market. </div>

uh huh...I stand by my point, but the fact is you can't be dealt for a period of time after you've been dealt in the offseason already; Case and Point, Antawn Jamison.

You make no sense when you say they'll trade for Cap Space. You cant trade someone for a free agent. And if you trade for an expiring contract, it wont end until the end of NEXT season. Thus, you can't sign Stromile Swift. Try to make more sense when you type, better just stick to your graphics.

Well your teeth was sinking on my nuts asking for some before werent you? "Your graphics are SICK! Can you make me this? Do you make avatars?" STFD and STFU.
