Colts at Patriots - This game here will determine your AFC Super Bowl team. I know, i know, but what about the Steelers or the Jets. To be honest the Colts are on fire, and the Patriots are......well they're the Patriots. The only thing that is going to make this game a disadvantage is New England's depth at CB. With Manning having such a wide variety of receivers and star RB E. James, this will be the biggest task for N.E. all year. For the Colts, they need to step up on defense and put pressure on T. Brady, let him make mistakes. That is the only way that N.E. will go down. Other than that this game should be an all time NFL great. My Pick: 28 Colts at Pats 21 Jets at Steelers - Defense defense defense defense. Oh this will be a trench battle. I would'nt be surprised if this game ends at a really low score. Defense wins championships, am i correct??? Well, we shall see. I'm looking for B. Rothlisberger to have a good game and keep his streak alive. But i was also looking for the same out the Chargers. For the first time this year the Jets have stepped up and beat a team worthy enough to talk about. All in all this game should go down to the wire. The most important thing about this game is staying healthy and rested for next week's AFC championship v. either the Colts or Pats. My Pick: 13 Steelers v. Jets 7 Vikings at Eagles - Well i'm impressed. Third time would have been a charm, but the Vikings did'nt think that was appropriate. I'm still scratching my head at B. Favre's shanagans this week. If he would of played like the B. Favre we know, would the Vikings have won???? Most probably The poor Pack D could'nt slow down the Vikes too much, and i just think that the Vikings are tired of hearing that they're not worthy to be in the playoffs. The Eagles have had a week to rest, and their starters have had about 3. If they had T.O. and they were playing St. Louis, i believe they would win, but i don't see them taking out the Vikings. Momentum is the key in this game. My Pick: 24 Vikings at Eagles 14 Rams at Falcons - Well third time is a charm for the little lamb chops. Going into Seattle and becoming the first team to win a playoff game at 500. or less is pretty impressive. Or not, which ever way you see it. The thing is, will the Lambs D be able to stop the one and only M. Vick?? And if they can contain M. Vick to stay in the pocket and make throws, can they contain A. Crumpler, W. Dunn and P. Price???? We'll see. As for the Falcons D, i think they should have no problem with making M. Bulger play like shit. The Rams may have beat the Eagles, Jets and Seahawks in their last 3 games. But i believe this nonsense ends here. My Pick: 17 Falcons v. Rams 3
Well obviously I like your view on the Falcons/Rams game. Falcons should own that game as long as they play the way they know how and have been doing all season, and Vick has another great game. Go Falcons!

This could very well be the inconsequential game of the divisional playoffs. Neither team has more than a 50/50 shot of winning if they have to play in Pittsburgh. The Colts have about a 40% chance of upsetting the 15-1 Steelers, and the Patriots got slammed by Pittsburgh earlier in the season. I would give them about a 25% chance at avenging their loss. Now based on that, I think the Colts finally get the monkey off of their backs and beat the Patriots. It might not even be all that close. Neither team has a phenomenal defense, so the score will be something like.... Colts 30 @ Patriots 17
Jets at Steelers - Defense defense defense defense. Jets 7
The first game was 17-6 and there are a lot of excuses floating around about that game on both sides of the ball. The Steeler's were missing some key players and other's played injured. Burress, Chad Scott, Clark Haggans, & Staley will all return healthy giving the Steelers help on both sides of the ball. Pennington played well against the Chargers 29th ranked pass defense, but now they face a tougher pass defense (4th) and have to find enough down deep to beat a team after playing 5 full quarters. Pennington is not 100% either. It could be a long day for the Jets. The only possible advantage at this point would be if the Steelers understimate the Jets, but that's unlikely. The final will be basically the same as they've done all season at home. No team has even been within 9 points at Heinz Field with Ben starting.... I think that one of the two top seeds will be upset in the NFC (as well as the AFC), and this could be the one. The Vikings lost on a TD to TO that shouldn't have counted the first time and now have to play without TO. I'm not sure Minnesota will win this one, but I still like your pick. I'm not that brave.... But they can play some scary offense at times. The Falcons have won some impressive games this season, but have also laid an egg or two on the way. I just hope everyone will keep picking against the pats especially in the media.....it just makes me feel that much better....and as for our defense not being "phenomenal" I'd agree we are not the best in the playoffs but please do not even put our defense and INDY's in the same sentence....without Peytons leads their defense is nothing....we finished 7th in the NFL in total defense without Poole for basically the whole season and without Ty law for more than half....nevermind our 3rd corner Asante Samuel was out around 6 weeks...but somehow we only lost 2 games...one in which we brainfarted.....I'd say if thats not phenomenal....its got to be just short of it. I also thought the 25% chance of winning in Pitt was cute....I think it was less than that in 2001...

And we don't have that bonehead Troy Edwards to turn the ball over on Special Teams. After Brady's 12-18 for 115 yards against Pittsburgh, he had nothing to do with winning the game. And last, but not least, Kordell (the head case) is in Baltimore. If you guys can get past Indy (which I'm starting to seriously doubt), the chip will be removed from the Patriots shoulder much like it was earlier this season. And the excuse (we didn't have Dillon) can stop being used once and for all.
If Dillon played in that game, we still lose. The early turn overs hurt more than anything. Cant do much running when you are down 21-3. I still find it funny the credit you are giving to bledsoe, which is well deserved but knowing how much you dislike him, it must be tough.
Yeah, well as tough as it is, I think Brady gets the credit too often. He's won some amazing games, don't get me wrong, but that's not one of them. Without Bledsoe leading them down the field on the "drive", I think the Steelers win by a field goal. Our special teams weren't special that day and our offense was Kordellified to the nth degree. We still played very good defense.

Because I'm attending this sundays playoff game while you watch from your couch? Nah I'm great just making sure our defense is never in the same sentence as the colts cus thats just a joke.

I mean Bret Favre is the prime example of getting too much credit....but thats the position..QB's will always get to much credit and too much blame.

No matter what it will be a better game than the last time should we get by Indy but I'd give us better than a 25% chance to win....thats all I'm trying to say. We are a better team than you saw during the season even with are horrid corners and who am I not to believe in Belichick and Brady....they have yet to let me down yet....but Cowher sure has...7-8 in the postseason...I'd have doubt.
