<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">In a huge victory for Kobe Bryant, the judge in the NBA star's sexual assault case ruled Friday that his accuser's sex life during the week of their encounter can be used against her at trial. District Judge Terry Ruckriegle said details of the woman's sexual activities in the three days before her July 1, 2003, hospital examination are relevant to help determine the cause of her injuries and the source of DNA evidence. He also said the credibility of the accuser was a factor. Colorado's strict rape-shield law, which generally prevents the sex life of an alleged assault victim from being admitted as evidence, does not apply to all the information Bryant's lawyers want to introduce, the judge said.</div> Score one for the Defense now, Kobe is about 90% off the hook I believe, I think thought this was going to be the deciding factor in teh case against him.... Judge Rules
This isn't really about the article but I just realized something. If you think logically, Kobe's probably innocent: Kobe is a millionire, he's young, and the ladies seem to think he's good-looking (of course I wouldn't know...). There's really no reason for him to rape anyone since he can basically pimp it. Adultry's wrong but I'm seriously leaning on Kobe's side. No way he had to resort to THAT for sex.
I totally agree. I just dont see him raping someone. Especially with the wife he has! woot! The sexual history that woman has is pretty bad.. Adultry is wrong, he did admit he committed adultry, and I hope things turn out on the good side for his family and career.
^I would think he wouldn't have to try and every kitty that comes his way would be automatic. But there's other ways of thinking about that. If she actually said no and he has never heard no before. Doesn't know how to handle it and go crazy. Of course I don't think he forced himself at all on her, but who hasn't heard of that kinda scenario?
^ It's Pretty Obvoius that Kobe and The Girl did it willingly. The Question is will 12 People But Into That???
Im counting on it. can you imagine life without Kobe in the NBA.......okay, thats enough, Im going to log off now.

Very confident with this news that Kobe will be acquitted of all these charges and focus directly on the Lakers next year. I personally don't know this young lady, but if your sex life is fair game to the defense, and they can continue to stick it to you as much as possible, what strength can you find to resist the pressure?

Once all this is over with, this will probably be forgotten more than not!
