Im getting kind of sick of this, players being able to dictate where they want to be traded.. Vince, T-Mac and all the other guys.. But he would be a good addition to the knicks squad.

A.W. is a good rebounder and potentially deadly scorer. The guy as shooting really well from behind the arc at the start of last season then lost his touch after the all-star break. I remember. I had him on my fantasy roster and he was giving me monster numbers in the roto league. I traded him for Bibby during the break, and his numbers dropped dramatically. haha. Im not too sure how well he'll fit into the knicks lineup though.

Too bad he's going to be moved around for the rest of his career like Keith Van Horn. He needs to stay with one team for a couple of years to make himself not become a worse and washed up player earlier in order for him to have a better career once he retires. From the top of my head, I don't think he'll benefit the Knicks. Kurt Thomas is the better power forward for the Knicks so I don't think the Knicks should get Walka.

I dont really think walker can predict were he will land. Unless he threatens not to go to the teams camp if he is traded to them and not the knicks. I would love to have walker in philly, but wouldnt mind him in new york.

Walker isn't in the league of a Tracy McGrady or Shaq, so demanding a trade is just unrealistic.

He's a decent rebounder and has a great offensive game; but he has a questionable shot selection - jacks up too many 3's, and often plays soft.

His contract is too big as well, but he's off the books in a year.

Anyways, Walker might be traded, but most likely because the Mavs want him to leave.

The Mavs want him to leave and Toine wants to leave also, but who will the Knicks trade for him, probally Kurt Thomas and another role player, maybe some one who can give the Mavs a little defense.

Kurt Thomas is from Texas, so it would be a great marketing move for the Mavericks, but who else could the Knicks give up? Mike Sweetney maybe?

I'm not so sure. Thomas did play here in Dallas, well, actually he spent
a couple years here breaking his ankles every 15 minutes. Then he bolts
in free agency to New York, even though the Mavs gave him the same
offer. I don't think he'd be welcomed back with open arms. Don Nelson
still seems to have a facination for the guy, so I think the move is a
    possibility.

I looked at New Yorks roster to see if there was anyone else that might
be a little better fit. Mutombo? Nazr Mohammed? Not really much else there.
