i defenitely think the pistons are gonna come back for another one... especailly now with wallace back and mcdyess i think it is definate what do ya'll think?
i always new 'sheed was gonna stay, was no suprise.. i personally don't think that they will, just because teams are changing so quickly and drastically, especially in the east, with additions of shaq, and like franchise. but the pistons are def. contenders for the title again
Well they are the defendin champs so they are really automatic title favorites,if everything goes right in the season and they keep up good defense then I think the Pistons will most likely re-peat
I wouldn't say 'definitely,' but with the return of Wallace, things look pretty good. And like others have mentioned, they are automatic favorites since they won last year, now they just need to defend their title. They've also added Antonio McDyess for a cheap price, and Darko is coming along. The future looks pretty good for the Pistons.
The chances are high but there are many very strong teams out west that would give the Pistons hard time. However I only see the Spurs as a team who could beat the Pistons in a best of 7 series. Indiana will be the main rival from the east but unless they upgrade their 1 and 5 spots I see the same result as this year if the two teams meet up again.

I think the Pistons will definately make the finals. Now if they meet the SPURs, Im leaning toward the SPURs in six games. They are too good with Brent Barry now part of their lineup.....
I don't think there is no stopping Detroit in the East. But in the West you never know because all those teams are good quality squads. Everyone is talkin that the Heat are now what Det. has to worry about, lol. Ok people actually think after Shaq having that stacked squad last year and Jackson coaching that now w/ Wade/Jones and Van Gundy that their the East's new big dog. Gimme a break!!! Detroit plays straight team ball with high power offense and in your face defense for four quarters straight every night. Detroit Pistons = 05 Champs
NOt only is Darko coming along and McDyess getting added we have Carlos Delfino coming from overseas and he is going to give us a good backup guard and indiana did upgrade the point gurad spot with stephen jackson who had good stats last year with the hawks
The Spurs? I'm surprised everyone is doubting Minnesota so much. With a healthy Sam Cassel, and a hungry KG the T-Wolves can take the series to 7 against the Pistons.
Although the Pistons are the favorite in the East, there has been so much movement in the West that no one can really say how good these teams will be. Particularly the Nuggets and the Rockets have gotten much stronger. Also, the Spurs and the T-Wolves are still powerhouses. Detroit will be preseason favorite to many, but that's only because we haven't seen what these new, revamped rosters across the league can accomplish.

The Pacers are pretty much in the hunt for a PG as the Rockets are.
I dont know what all of you guys are talking about how could you think the pistions are gonna win a nother Nba champioship. Actually they might you know if Larry Browns still good at suckin refs cocks. Especially in the Finals.
