oh yes definitely. something i realized is that the chargers help the steelers to 7 points back then... steelers held us to 3... both under 10. they won Super Bowl... maybe itll mean well win!
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (nflfan04)</div><div class='quotemain'>Al, im sure if i was around back in the 60s, id be able to agree/disagree, but im way off.</div> Now wait just a dog-gone-minute. :x I wasn't around for all of the 60's. Just most of them. And I don't exactly remember much about them. My first really clear memory of anything outside my personal life is of the moon landing in July of 1969. <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (nflfan04)</div><div class='quotemain'>what i think i know is that the 68 raiders lost to the Packers in the Super Bowl, not to the Jets. but hey, i wasnt around then and havent looked at a stat book of that kind in many years(when youre only 15, 8 years is a while)</div> Naw. The '68 RAIDERS lost to the Jets 27-23 in the Championship game after whacking the Cheifs by 35 in the divisional game. The '67 RAIDERS lost to the Packers in SB II on January 14, 1968. It was the last game as Packer head coach for Vince Lombardi. BTW, eight years is a long time no matter your age. It just goes by faster when you get older.
