Hey guys , this may seem as if I am pointing fingers at some NBA players, but I am not. There is a medicine on the market called heightmax, do you guys think NBA players have used it to grow taller ? DO you guys think it works and if it does should it be illegal ?

IDK I havent heard of that product. Though it would seem tobe like steroids height is something that shouldnt be tampered with this thing could have serious side effects like you knees not being able to carry theextra weight the height would put on or your body not being able to accept the stretch and causing deformed body or something.

I dont think any thing that tampers with the matural order of life that is not helping to cure a desease or something should be made legal. Messed up people will abuse it and use it in the wrong ways causing it to become a danger to anyone around them its sort of like something that sounds like a growth steriod instead of it lifting your strength for a while it lifts your height.

I've heard of the program from a few pop-ups and advertisements, but no, I don't think NBA players have used it.

Most NBA rookies attend rookie draft camps, where they are taught all aspects of the pro game, and I believe that they have also been strongly advised against steriods. Now, I'm not saying that NBA players don't use steriods, but at least not those in the nature of Heightmax. I think they have enough of a sense of what negative backlash that stuff like this can induce; steroids can potentially screw a player's career that they would not use them. Also, their team doctors would diagnose what they have used and they might receive suspension from both the league and team for substance abuse. Drug abuse is too big a risk to take, especially when you stand to lose millions of dollars.

The growth hormones are prescribed to people with growing disorders. Normal people can suffer serious side effects, primarily, with spinal cord. So don't take it unless doctor told you to

yeah..im sure that NBA players wouldnt take that stuff...they spend tons of time working with personal trainers, and they definitely advise their players to not do that kind of stuff..especially something like a height gainer, which I'm sure probably has a list of harmful side affects

i'm sure atleast a few handful of players haved used something like that.

Those drugs do not make you bigger interms of muscle mass or width, but it does get you to reach your potential height max. I.E. if you started lifting weights at the age of 12/13 and are in the middle of puberty, you have lost one or two (or more) inches. With medicine or height drugs like those, they make you gain the height potential you had previously lost (due to: not enough sleep, weight lifting etc.), they don't make you tall.

I'm sure that some NBA players have used it before.
