Real good. First, the 24-year-old asked R&B star and actress Brandy to marry him on Tuesday. Now the happy couple is packing up for their move to Phoenix after the Los Angeles Clippers gave their blessing on his proposed marriage to the Suns on Thursday. ?Man, I?m just ecstatic right now,? said Richardson, who signed an offer sheet with the Suns on July 14, giving the Clippers 15 days to match or decline the deal. ?Just ecstatic and ready get the ball rolling and do what I do. ?I?m really excited about getting the chance to change the scenery, and us being out of L.A. with a chance to start fresh. She was very excited, too. When we got the call, she was standing right there next to me and she started jumping up and down, screaming and yelling.? The Suns? brass did its share of celebrating on the fourth floor of America West Arena, as well, after receiving the decision. Although most media reports out of L.A. speculated that they would match the offer, the Clippers completed a trade with the Nets for guard Kerry Kittles on Thursday morning and chose to allow Richardson to leave instead, as he had requested. ?I didn?t really know what to expect,? said the 6-5 guard, who averaged career-highs of 17.2 points and 6.4 boards this past season. ?But I?ve really been anxious and ready for it to go down. I?m just glad that it worked out the way it did.? </div> Link
