Fiction ... cause ... Lakers will have found to their way by then, Fact or Fiction: Nuggets will be as good as heat last year, cause kmart anthony play a similar game as wade odom did.
Fiction-Melo doesnt play like Wade , and K-mart doesnt play like Odom.Melo is a selfish player that basically scores and nothing else , Wade scores and sets up teammates--Melo can also post up and Wade doesnt. How can u compare Odom and K-Mart?All they have in common is size , aside from that they couldnt be more different.Odom stays out in the perimeter despite being so tall and his defense down low is horrible , K-Mart is one of the best defensive players and loves to bang with the big boys.So to answer ur question , the Nuggets will be much better then last yrs Heat. F/F Because of their poor record LA fans will be cheering Shaq and booing Kobe on their Christmas Day matchup at Staples.
Fiction: I think it will be the oppisite. Even if the Lakers have a bad record, and the Heat have a good one, it doesn't mean why they should cheer Shaq at the Staples Center. He's on a different team, not your team, so why should you cheer for him, and boo at the best player on your team. Look at the Chicago Bulls. They have had bad records since Jordan left. Do you see any Bulls' fan booing at the team because they suck? Don't think so. So it's the same case with the Lakers in Los Angeles which they will get cheered on and on. Fact or Fiction: You will see a European NBA player come up big in an NBA playoff series in the next 5 years.
Fact: One player that will come up big in a playoff series is Dirk Nowitzki. Last year in the playoffs he averaged 26.6 ppg. His jumpshot is nearly impossible to stop once he gets going...Also, I think that peja will get into gear this year in the playoffs. He is tired of taking the criticism of not performing well during the playoffs

No follow-up question. I'll just make one myself: Fact or Fiction: The Orlando Magic's winning percentage will be over .500 in the 2004-2005 season.
Fiction- it will be in the .400's. They need atleast a season to get to know eachothers playing abbillities and styles, with there new young nucleus. Fact or Fiction jameer Nelson will win rookie of the year.
Fiction. They have a big man to be productive for them and weak parts all. It will be the Francis and Mobley Show 'watch two ball hogs shoot them selfs into the lottery' The only way I see it happening is if Grant Hill can be productive. F/F Utah will make the playoffs

Fact, i think they'll make it this year cause they were very close last yea. fact or fiction: lakers will be over .500 next year.
Fact: The lakers have a younger core group a whole new look but they still got Kobe arguably the best gaurd in the game and Gary "The Glove" Payton. If Kobe even plays half as good as he does in playoffs with a talented young core of Walton, Cook, Rush, Vujacic and the others they will make it far. The Glove will guide them. Fact or Fiction: ATL Hawks will make the playoffs with a 2nd round exit.
Thats a huge Fiction. They don't have a true pg. Al harrington will do no better than Jackson did. I don't expect much from their rookies. With or without the Walker there is no way the hawks meke the playoffs. F/F New Jersey will make the playoffs
Fact: about a 7th seed. But only if they keep Kidd. Kidd and Jefferson are still good enough to make the play offs in the East. Kidd will make some one esle a star. He has that ability. Facto or Fiction? Miami will have a better record than the Pacers.
Fact: I believe that Shaq will bring the Heat into the second seed of the east, because any team that Shaq is on has the potential to be a number 2 seed, especially in the eastern conference fact or fiction: 76ers will make the playoffs
Fiction: I really don't think they can make it this year. All they have is Iverson, and they really need to keep him healthy, especially in the beggining of the season because of the Olympics going on. He will be a major factor, but he needs one more supporting teammate which I don't see one. The Sixers aren't really a great team, and I see them about the 9th seed and not even close making the playoffs. Fact or Fiction: The Dallas Mavericks will be in the top 5 seeds in the Western Conference for the 2004-05 season.
Fiction: Dallas will suffer from the lose of Nash. With their current line up I think thell be a 8th Seed. Nowitzki, Finley, Marquis arent going to go to waste. They will be able to get a 8th seed and get kicked out in the first round. Fact or Fiction: A team from the East winning it all this year.
Fiction: Garnett is in his prime and he has a solid team that has the best chemistry in the league so I think the Timberwolves will win the championship next year. Wade can't contain Cassell on offense and Garnett and the Timberwolves as a team can stop Shaq if they had a dynamic strategy against him like what the Spurs had against him last year. Fact or Fiction: There will be another statue of a player outside of an arena like the Michael Jordan statue.

Magic Johnson statue Wilt Chamberlain statue Fact or Fiction: Carmelo Anthony will lead all sophomores in the 2004-2005 NBA season.
