Here's the link Celtics Schedule Somewhat Ironic that we start the season at home against PHilly of all teams. I hope we welcome OB back with a nice solid trouncing of teh 76er's. NBA TV only stealing 5 games from League Pass and thankfully we only have to watch one regular season game on TNT!
I wish they got more Nationally televised games but it's not that bad. February is going to be a tough month though.

Well I though I had a bad with only 16 Nationally Televised games, but the Celtics only have 6. (Ouch) If you don't have NBA League Pass you'll probably forget how Paul Pierce looks like by the end of the season. But on the bright side, the first five games aren't that bad. If things go the Celtics way, they should be able to pull of a 3-2 record.
<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">I wouldn't bet on that. </div>Well why would you? You're a sixers fan!<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Well I though I had a bad with only 16 Nationally Televised games, but the Celtics only have 6. I like when announcers have a view from the inside, rather than one from the outside<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">But on the bright side, the first five games aren't that bad. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">We will see, my friend. My question is...why are you so concerned?</div> Well, why are you so preoccupied with what I'm doing? I just posted in here to give my 2 cents on why I think it wasn't fair that the Celtics only have 6 nationally televised games with a star like Paul Pierce on the team. So I'm asking you ?my friend? what's up with all the hostility.
Avery's comments were in good fun 44. He's not here to troll as some mindless 76er's homer. He's a good poster. Gotta be able to have some cross board traffic. This isn't just a forum for Celtics fans.

I don't like to use those stupid smiley face things, so I guess you didn't take it the way I wanted you too. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">I think it wasn't fair that the Celtics only have 6 nationally televised games with a star like Paul Pierce </div>Pierce is a star, but not like AI is, I can understand the lack of national interest in the team. I like the C's being under the radar, and I hope other teams underestimate them like the networks have. Plus, with so little national games, Ricky will be less likely to try anymore between-the-legs dunks.
<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">I like the C's being under the radar, and I hope other teams underestimate them like the networks have.</div> Honestly, so do I. The networks will bag on the C's just about no matter what for a long time during the season, because most of them haven't seen them play, so they'll be regurgitating articles from those who might have watched 5 mins of a game, so that they could grind their axe. Hopefully, by the time teams really start to notice us, will be just about the time when we really start to gel as a team and a few of the young guys will be ready to tell the world they are ready to play. In the meantime, the Celticsblog will be the best source for Celtic News and evaluation!
