Our televised games dropped from 12 games last year to 3 games this year. It seems to me that no one cares about the magic anymore. [IMG]</div>

Who cares? The real magic fans will still watch/follow the games, and when we get good the bandwagon will start to fill up. Not all of us are like you Einitials, we don't hop teams just because one player decided to bail.

    Ouch...

Back on topic though, I think that this comes as no surprise, the Magic proved to be a very boring team to watch last year. People are probably expecting the same thing out of our team this year, but I doubt that will be the case.

I remember a time though when the Magic were one of the most popular teams in the league.

I will say this much...if Hill is healthy, and Howard lives up to his expectations...an explosive trio with Hill, Howard and Francis will really put me in front of a television. But, by the sound of it, I guess I'd have to wait until next year and hope for more Magic games on national TV. I'm really no fan...but I watch basketball religiously no matter what team, and plus...I'd like to see how well this team does compared to when they had McGrady, who I've never cared for since he was drafted anyways. Good luck, Orlando.

How am I suppose to like a team when management got rid all of the players that was on it? What if things doesn't work out this year? Are we going to get rid of everyone for next year?

The NBA is a buisness fellows, and they want high ratings, why even put the Magic on TV when T-Mac is gone. lets face it Steve Francis isnt exactly an audience drawer

Mangement never wanted to get rid of Tmac he wanted out so they gave it to him. Anyway I think the tevelvised games may have dropped, but the tem definitly improved by gaining more depth and talent.

Tmac was never really gona lead the magic far in the playoffs because with his huge contract along with hills we had no cap room to surround him with better players. I believe the team is much better now without tmac then with him and when they start winning and prove that the televised games will go up. Its not like they matter.

Thank you Pure Skillz. I got tired of teaching Enitials. He believes every word his Idol says. THis is his fault he's gone. Don't tell the media you were "forced" to leave. We won't fall for it. At least some of us won't, right?

This is a little suprised to me seeing that we have the first rounder on our team then we should get a little more than 3. We've been cutdown becuase of not having T-mac obviously but that isn't going to keep me from watching all the games I can. I can watch some locally on sunshine

Sunshine Network is going to rock this season! Heat and Magic games galore! So sad about the national audience though.

That's what happens when a team is the worst in the league, and they didn't draft the player named "LeBron".

Meaning they really didn't draft a LeBron type player.. Everyone knows Howard isn't going to be amazing this year, so there is no reason to show many games on tv.

Which is great considering I will probably see a total of 7 Magic games(the ones on national tv and the ones on FSN Ohio agains the Cavs).
