<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">The Nuggets have been fielding phone calls from teams interested in trading for forward Nikoloz Tskitishvili.

An NBA source said the Atlanta Hawks, Los Angeles Lakers, Memphis Grizzlies, Chicago Bulls and Philadelphia 76ers have inquired about Tskitishvili. The Nuggets are in search of a defensive-minded swingman, and the 7-foot- 1, 235-pound Tskitishvili could be used as bait.

"I am familiar with it," said Steve Heumann, Tskitishvili's agent. when asked about trade talks." I've heard some things. It's very much in the Nuggets' hands. I know they are exploring a couple things."

Tskitishvili, the fifth pick of the 2002 draft, will make $2.9 million this season. Whatever team he plays for must decide before the season whether to take a $3.6 million option for the 2005-06 season.</div>

Ya I dont really have any faith in Tskitishivilli. I personally would trade fim for a defensive swingman too. Bruce Bowen would've been perfect for us too bad the Spur re-signed him. If we could possibly get Caron Butler it would also help us a lot(that is when his time thingy runs off). Maybe we should offer a trade to the Spurs also.
Im thinking maybe Nene and Nikoloz Tskitishvili for Caron Butler. I think it would work well IMO.

ya i could go for that but miami would need to throw in a furture draft pick or a backup 2gaurd, but whether skita stays here or packs his bag for somewhere i else i wish him the best and hopefully he can make some wserious noise in this league because he has serious talent he just isnt a right fit in this ballclub

The best you could get for Tskitishviki is maybe a young player or two and/or a draft pick...no one in their right minds are gonna give up a veteran player for an unproven one...

I saw that the Grizzlies were mentioned. Well, they certainly have plenty of swingmen to chose from. They have James Posey, Bonzi Wells, Mike Miller, Shane Battier, Brian Cardinal, and Ryan Humphrey all playing the wing. I'd love to see some sort of Mike Miller for Skita deal. I think it would greatly benefit both parties.

Ya a Mike Miller deal would be great. We'd have to throw in another player in there too . Maybe re-sign Jon Barry and do some sort of deal with that. Or Voshon Lenard who I think the Grizzlies would also be intersted in. Let me see something.

Denver trades: SG Voshon Lenard (14.2 ppg, 2.7 rpg, 2.1 apg in 30.6 minutes)
SF Nikoloz Tskitishvili (2.7 ppg, 1.6 rpg, 0.3 apg in 7.9 minutes)
Denver receives: SF Mike Miller (11.1 ppg, 3.3 rpg, 3.6 apg in 27.2 minutes)
Change in team outlook: -5.8 ppg, -1.0 rpg, and +1.2 apg.

Memphis trades: SF Mike Miller (11.1 ppg, 3.3 rpg, 3.6 apg in 27.2 minutes)
Memphis receives: SG Voshon Lenard (14.2 ppg, 2.7 rpg, 2.1 apg in 73 games)
SF Nikoloz Tskitishvili (2.7 ppg, 1.6 rpg, 0.3 apg in 39 games)
Change in team outlook: +5.8 ppg, +1.0 rpg, and -1.2 apg.

    TRADE ACCEPTED

So what yall think of this trade. Id hate to give up Voshon, but I think this would benefit both teams.
