all we have to do is wait 60 days. steven a. smith said that the trade was to acquire kidd. if it was who the hell are we sending? there is no way i would send any of the players that we have now for kidd. only because we would have to give a crap load more. i dont want to do banks and atkins and odom just for kidd. i can handle atkins running the point with odom, kobe and the other guys but i cant handle kidd running the point with kobe and the other guys. kidd is supposed to pass to people that can score and if we trade odom, no one else is there for kidd to pass to, then hes going to start jacking up shots that he cant make. tskitville or however you spell it. do we need him now? would you take him? anyway we could get peja or vince
why would we want peja or vinec? To push Caron to a 3rd string SF and Odom to a 2nd string? There is no reason to acquire any of them..
If the Lakers don't trade Odom or Caron (or Sasha but who would want him at this stage) it'll probably be a good trade. When did he say that?
Theres no way you guys would get Vince, this is Kobe's team and it's been made very clear. Hell, you guys got rid of Shaq - one of the most dominating players in the league to make it clear to Kobe that he was #1. Vince is a franchise player and so is Kobe, meaning neither will ever play together due to their ego's and game style. As for Peja, he cannot create his own shot and who on the roster could set him up? It would most likely be via sign & trade and the Lakers would probably have to give up Caron.

The players they put on that list are riseing stars that are going to be good. But i wouldnt mine get vince on the lakers. That would be crazy.
