This might be for the best honestly, this trade would have left the Wolves even thiner at the center spot with just Kandiman left. And that is not a good thing if the Wolves werent able to find a legit backup to replace Ervin Johnson. Kandiman isnt exactly someone you can count on to the point you risk giving up your only other half-way legit center on the roster. If the wolves had depth at the Center spot then I would have said taking the risk to add Reef would have been a great move, but they dont have the depth to take such a risk. If the Wolves are now officially putting Wally on the trade block they need to go after a bigbody imo not a shooter like Peja. The wolves dont need to upgrade their shooting its fine.
