got to give a game ball to Weis....to put up 35 offensive points on the steelers is outstanding and he made some great calls... especially the reverse's he ran....I don't think we ran 10 reverses all season then he breaks 3 out of the mothballs for this one...all were productive and 1 goes for a score to officially ice the game...I must say all that ND double duty must be getting to him...haha

Usually there is a dropoff when you switch coaches, which means next year(recruiting) might be a great year for ND. I can finally get back to hating ND.
Ive heard it said a lot in the media that if the Patriots went to the Super Bowl, it would hurt ND because Weis would be delayed in recruiting, but is there a better recruiting call than the one that comes from the Super Bowl? if your a young QB, RB, WR, TE or OL and your leaning toward ND and Weis calls you from Jacksonville to talk to you, that has to sway a little bit....if I was a 19 year old premium pocket passer, Notre Dame would be sitting at #1 on my list right now....
