Well I think she has disided to file the civil suit early because it is obvious to her that she will lose the legal sue and she wants to get the most amount of money. If she loses the legal case obviously the civil suet will go down the drain. She is obviously lying about the charges if you look at all the things she has done the sex history, this, and the previous drug problems. She will probably recieve a sue in return if she is lying about the charges which will probably happen so she needs that money ready.

Her name is used as an example to find your friends around this network. I didn't know who "Jane Doe" was, but when this thread came around the name got too familiar in my brain. I'd say the owner of "friendster" is a big fan of Kobe!!
